General manager is rude. Pizza arrived 30 minutes after the expected delivery time was cold, soggy, and the sauce was too sweet. Because I order so late at night I had to wait until the reopened then was told I couldn’t receive a refund

Trash service, everytime I order something is always missing from the order. I get robbed on online orders consistently. Needs new management or stop subbing out to door dash drivers. Period. Seriously just close down the shop, it’s terrible service.

If I could give this play zero stars I would first off I ordered almost a $50 order. It was cold and nasty. My pizza wasn’t even cut. I had to cut it myself. My wings had no sauce on there and were cold. When I called and complained, I spoke to a young lady she was supposed to give me a credit on my account. I guess she never did because when I called back to get the credit, I was never credited I will never go back to this Pizza Hut they have Poor customer service.

It was pretty empty when I got there but once I made them aware I was there everyone was so kind and friendly to me. Told me there was better deals on the app which I already had and was so friendly. The nicest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to the young lady and the older gentleman are a+++

Traveling in this area for work and I was a bit disappointed with my food. Delivery was awesome but my wings were not consistently sauced, my melt was burnt on the ends, it was cold and the interior left me wanting. My pizza was perfect and tasted great.

I wish they had delivery but my pizza is always delicious. The only critique I have is for customer service to offer items. When I went to a different Pizza Hut in South Tampa, they offered me plates and napkins, all of them should do the same.

Pretty good experience. One thing I will say is they do not have menu or prices set up in their store. But the pizza was good I did have to wait about an extra 10 minutes then when I was quoted. Would definitely go back and get more pizza from here great deals always
