Everything was fantastic except for the delivery and that was done by DoorDash and had to have the order remade. Delivery driver took 45 minutes to deliver a 5 minute drive but never received a delivery and had to go pick it up at Pizza Hut. The management of Pizza Hut were fantastic remade the order and picked up. Gave a discount on the order of 50% thank you Pizza Hut management you’re the best.

I just ordered on line. For carry out. The New “New Yorker” pizza..it was very dry. And they didn’t even cut it all the way through, the wings not tossed as good. Pizza hut just going down at that location. Customer service needs to be way better. My pizza was dry 2 weeks also. Just Not Happy. And I get greeted after a 6 minute wait, that was no one in there. The covered window, is a bad idea, can’t see customers come in. … SMH

Our pizza was for carryout, I was quoted 25 min. It took 55 min. It came out almost sauceless and didn’t have the extra cheese we paid for &.. The crust was hard as a rock & stale.

Had to wait for 30 minutes to get my Cinnamon Rolls, they pushed me out of drive thru, said “we will bring it over to your car”. After 15 minutes, no one came. So I walked in. They burnt my order so had to do it again, and they burnt it again. Lovely experience.

This place should get no stars! The manager, (spicy black guy) is very rude and unprofessional. I honestly don’t believe he is a manager he has no management skills whatsoever! Robin was a true manager that left here years ago and since then the public is forced to deal with incompetent and disgruntle workers. Even the young lady was rude. Which is scary because she is a minor and already starting out on the wrong foot.

The Skyway location offers pickup or dine in. It is hard to beat a fresh pizza, bread sticks or wings when you have the time to sit down and enjoy it fresh out of the oven. The staff is friendly and fast. A real throw back treat that reminds me of the good old days.

I ordered the Detroit Style pizza today from Pizza Hut. I was all tuned up for something different but got the same old pizza with a weird tasting marinara like sauce. I had it delivered and it wasn’t even hot!!! What a let down. The toppings on were diluted by that awful sauce. I wasted my money today….
