Came to pick up food that was ordered ahead and the workers completely dismissed me told me it was in the oven. After waiting over 15 minutes I then ask again and the worker explains she just now is starting to cook the food and it will be a while longer! Horrible service they all look over worked and miserable

Ordered two medium pizzas at 10:11, received 3 different notifications that the food was on the way but never had anyone show up until 12:36. Just to receive one pizza and still have to pay for both as for some reason the door dash driver spoke very little English and kept saying that the order was for only one pizza even though my receipt has both pizzas on it.

I order here often and everyone is always very nice and accommodating and normally my order is always right. However anytime I order the cheesy bread it almost never has cheese on it or has some barley covering one piece. Today I even called to order it with extra cheese and there is just no cheese on my cheese sticks. It’s just frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get what you ordered.

I wish I could give ZEROOOOO stars or I would they lucky that’s the only way I could write a review! Just pure D trifling. Made my food wrong after I specifically said how I wanted my food 3 times!!!!! NO GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE ON MY PIZZA! I WANT Marinara sauce it was even yelled out to the sorry pizza makers to make my order that way and it WAS STILL WRONG! Then bread net dude was worried about me getting a free marinara sauce instead should’ve been worrying about my order you made wrong CARL(male Karen!) the one time I decided to give Pizza Hut a chance again they blew it for all the pizza huts ever again! That’s what I get for switching up on my home pizza spot DOMINOS!

We ordered two pasta single serving dishes. One was the meat one that has pepperoni and Italian sausage and the other was to be a chicken Alfredo. We used Uber Eats for delivery. The Uber Eats guy was phenomenal! Quick and nice. The restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired. We got our order, opened it up and had one plain Alfredo pasta and one Alfredo with chicken. The paper receipt clearly said the correct meat one but had a plain Alfredo down. But my online receipt showed the correct order. I have no idea how they managed to mess it up from what was correct to begin with. So 50% of the order itself was wrong. Then they didn’t put the covers on the containers so they had no way to retain their heat. They came wide open and exposed inside of a pizza box. I should note we’re in a hotel, they knew this, so you can’t reheat in the metal containers and without the lids the food was cold. No forks or napkins either. The other issue was it was so dehydrated, we had to wonder if these were reheated from the cooler and then sent out. We are just here for vacation, but when you spend 24 bucks and none of it, even the wrong part of the order, is edible, that’s $24 for nothing. We are not picky eaters, but some things just can’t be made better enough to eat. This was one of those situations. The breadsticks were fine. That’s why we left the number of stars we did, they’re for the breadsticks alone. Zero for the pasta. Definitely should have ordered some marinara sauce to dip them in, but we got by without it. We were surprised to see you get 5 full size breadsticks per order, that’s great when the main meal can’t be eaten.

Disgusting food. People were very rude had to go backup there, Because there was no lid on the pasta and it was really dry. They argument with with me about having never having lids on there pasta. Barely ate any of the food probably gonna take the food backup there today after work and get a refund if there not to rude and say no. FOOD WAS COLD!

Shawn the manager should be taken back through training. I mean I get it being short handed and whatever excuses he tried to feed me while telling me to calm down after waiting an hour an a half for my $33 pizzas. I ordered at 5:30pm on a Monday. 6pm get a text my pizza is out for delivery. 6:50pm I get my dry and very cold pizza. After paying that much? He gave me a refund but only after trying to make me feel like I was overreacting. My kids go to bed in 30 minutes! But yeah Shawn I’ve calmed down now. Won’t be ordering here again.
