I have ordered here more times this week than I should admit. The start of the week was a bit rocky, and one of our pizzas wasn’t up to standards, however after a quick and easy chat , the situation was remedied quickly. Because of the way the situation was handled, it brought us back. Over the week their quality has improved significantly, reeling us back in every few days, which is very dangerous for my waist. Just placed an order and looking forward to it!

I loved my medium pan pizza it tasted just like the personal pan which is my favorite! Only thing is I ordered garlic wings and got hot. They were ok but, I love garlic. Overall excellent!

Seems they have someone there now that cares about the presentation and the taste. I’ve had indigestion on multiple previous orders. I hadn’t ordered in quite some time because of this. I received a coupon for Family Feast and opted to try again. I’m pleased with the outcome. Someone must be doing something different as opposed to my previous experiences. Thank you.

Stuck in a hotel. Pizza delivered burnt 2inches in from the edge of the crust. You know, when the cheese is dark brown.. just bcuz it’s delivery, you should ensure the product is edible before sending it out. Quality control manager!

Work lunch was a success — Thanks Pizza Hut Seminole!! Jessica and Tamara were both so helpful in ensuring that everyone’s personal pan pizza was exactly as they ordered. 16 pizzas and 16 beverages and it was perfect! The pizzas were being bagged as I arrived to pick up the order and we loaded everything into my car within minutes. I did call the night before to place the order because I wanted to make sure they had the time they needed.

We order regularly and it’s hit or miss. Tonight they didn’t put sauce on the pizza and I ordered extra chicken have a look and tell if you see extra chicken I know I don’t. I’m to hangry to call and talk to someone.
