I usually like this place. But they wouldn’t honor the online deal I had used my points for. They argued with me about toppings. Then when the guy checked my pizza before I I left. He said it was “disgusting” then slammed the lid down. He and another co worker were arguing when I came in because they didn’t know how to add money to the drawer. I’m thinking twice before ordering her again. The pizza tasted terrible on top of that.

Been ordering from this location for the last year. Pick up orders in 15-20 minutes. we have done delivery ehich is good. but im generally to Hangry to wait the 45-60 min for that and location is less then a mile so pick up it is. Always ready when we get there. Nice and hot. Order correct

Worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut, today a medium pizza took a total of 45 minutes from the time I ordered online until the time I walked out of the store. I nearly had to ask for a refund to get the dangonnn medium pizza!

The food taste good but both pizzas were prepared incorrectly and the delivery fee was 6 dollars and I had to tip on top of that. So a 10 dollar pizza was about a 15 dollar pizza. The CSR was very unhelpful. I did not get extra cheese or sauce like I ordered and the toppings were very skimp. I haven’t made up my mind if I will order from them again. They did not even say sorry or try to make things right. Like they don’t care.

If I should give it a 0 stars I would I order two breadsticks and there was a deal for a free pizza when I get to the store only the breadsticks was there . I showed her where I order the pizza and even showed her the confirmation that I order the pizza she told me it was a web problem and refused to honor it . This will be the last time I order from there . She was the manager and didn’t even try to honor it . Horrible customer service .

Needs to change the menu up a little or add things better yet .. I do enjoy the food but not a place where I can repeating order two times a week and not get bored with the menu… Wish I had more choices on few things .. but love the pizza for sure… At times can tell different people make it… That’s way a 4 and not 5 star… Because I ordered extra cheese multiple times… Get maybe half of the time… They forget soda at times … The pizza been under so hard to know which times is amazing tasting throw …. Should be every time… We order to much take out lately sadly …. Prices do add up .
