Last night my family and I ordered a large Pan Pizza, which is our go-to. After the order was placed, I got a call from the location and was informed that they were out of large original pan pizza, but she offered to put together two medium panned pizzas in place of this, which we appreciated and accepted.

my boyfriend came up there to pick up a pizza and he was waiting there for almost 30 minutes for them to keep saying it will come out of the oven in a couple of minutes but yeah it’s been sitting on the heat racks the whole time he’s been there. I’ve called them literally seven times in a row because I either a keep getting hung up on or two they don’t even say anything to me and just put me right on hold. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me I have to wait and just put me on hold and I was on hold for 20 minutes and not a single person came back to the phone to talk to me and while he was in there every employee is just goofing around and on their phones that is not how you run a business

Horrible customer service by a supervisor that calls herself cat. I was promised a credit due to the incident I had with cat. I called to redeem the credit and was told by Cat that I did not have any credit. I asked for the general Manager that told me I would have a credit and she gave me an attitude yet again and friendly reminded me that she remembered me. NO HELP Horrible service from Cat and she would not give me any number to call to make a complaint so I came to google to see if somehow cooperate or the store manager reaches out. I use to love ordering from this pizza hut but since she has been there it has been a nightmare I was told it would be taken care of and it was not

I ordered a specialty pizza on the phone and gave my coupon code. The Pizza Hut worker told me on the phone the code wasn’t working but they would figure it out when I got to there (so bring the coupon in). When I got there, I’m told that MY specialty pizza is not covered with the coupon. I don’t know why she didn’t tell me that on the phone! It was an extra $10 for my pizza!! I asked the worker if she could find another discount for this confusion but she didn’t even try to help or care.. basically take it or leave it. I had to drive 5 miles to get this pizza so I just paid up..but not happy. . Please ask your workers to tell us on the phone if they are not going to accept coupon codes BEFORE we arrive (not just tell me to come in with coupon).

It was a horrible experience I ordered a head and my pizza was done waiting in a warmer for 25 minutes more on top of the 25 minutes it said it would be done. The manager in charge was the most unorganized person his main priority was just to get the delivery orders out and forget about the people placing a order in the counter. I asked someone and they put one finger up and it said it be a minute. After the 25 minutes I see a lady that was making pizza finally come and sorry . I told her all I wanted was my in the warmer gave it to me finally. This will be the last time I ever go to this pizza hut. The 2 times I ordered was very disappointing. The food was delivered ice cold, barely any toppings-,,not enough cheese. I love Pizza Hut , but this particular one doesn’t care about customer satisfaction that’s what I’ve witnessed.

Called me while I was in the store waiting in line to pick up my pizza at the time of pick up to tell me they were out of the pizza I ordered… and it would be a 25 minute wait for a different pizza… why wasn’t I called at the time my order was placed? Why was the app/site not updated to reflect available items? Why was no one at the counter with 5 people waiting in line?
