I didn’t even get to order. The girl put me on hold, no problem there, I heard her complete the order in front of her and saw them leave the building. She then (without knowing I was in the parking lot looking straight the building) she walked outside (I heard the door open and close on the phone). She proceeded to have a personal phone call with someone outside on her cell phone. Got done with her call then walked back inside (I heard and saw her) she put me on hold again then remembered I was holding and answered the call. I told her I didn’t want anything anymore and told her I wished to talk to the owner. I then went to dominos pizza.

I ordered 4 dinners with bread sticks and 8 wings. Got dinner but not breadsticks and wings were hard and dry with NO sauce that I asked for. They said they will have me $15 off total for sticks but didn’t bother to call back about wings. How hard of and order is that?

I ordered a new Yorker an it was cold an notwhat I ordered wasn’t correct I complained to manager they will give me another pizza but I had to pick it up I paid for delivery had company . I complained to pizza hut on line an no one contacted me so I called to about a credit that I could not see in my account she will give me 13 for pizza I paid thirty with delivery it was bad . I’m disappointed I have spent lots of money on pizza hut to be treated like this. I love thier food but this was not a good experience an I hope someone will contact me an take care of me.

Pickup pizza & pasta. Saturday 730pm, went in and paid for items. Cashier didn’t say it wasn’t ready just took the person behind me. You sit and wait. No one tells you anything. Eventually you go up and ask her if its ready and it comes out of the warmer after being there who knows how.long. what a disorganized mess

This place is awful! They are literally 3.7 miles from my house and online it says they won’t deliver. Call the establishment and they said they in had one driver and it would be at least 50 mins. While I had the woman on the phone I asked her about the website saying how it wouldn’t deliver to my address and she started screaming at me saying we only deliver to a certain address. Listen… I literally live in town and am 3.7 miles away. I have seen your delivery car pulled up to my apartment so why won’t you deliver to me, also… why do you only have 1 delivery person. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and I’ll NEVER EAT AT ANY Pizza Hut again!! EVER!

I have always loved Pizza hut, I used to have then deviver to my home, when they changed location they still deliver, but not to my area any more. I ordered a pizza on line to pick up , they had a poewer outage and lost all of the orders, when I got there they apologized and offered to make me a new one, but I couldn’t wait another 35 minutes, I askerd for a refund on my card, was told they didnt have that authority, but since the order was lost it should go back on my card automatically when I check the card the order was there. Im not blaming anyone accidents do happen, but it was extreamly poor.
