Pizza hut has always been My favorite. What is going on with new drivers?!! A week ago I ordered 2 pizzas and only 1 was delivered. Driver couldn’t find my address! What happened with GPS?? driver said “I’ll be right back”. I called the store and they were cooking my pizza. It arrived close to 2 hrs. Today I placed an order and my pizza came late, it was cold, the box and wings container was bended, flattened by something heavy.The diver told me “sorry I was late”, I had to go put gas and I’m telling my manager I want to go home!!!

The only time I usually get pizza hut is when Jackie is cooking. Everything comes out perfect, is still hot when we get home and always made the exact way we want it everytime!! If we could pick our drivers we would get stuff delivered cause Donnie is always super nice, makes sure our food doesn’t get all messed up and somehow makes it so it’s always still hot. When there not there going is a totally different experience. 20 mins for a med pizza that isn’t even the same as I get it every other time. And no one in the place smiles. It’s a great place to go when the 2 of those employees are there. It’s the only time I get food there. It’s a good thing there both there what seems like everyday of the week. Last night was a bummer. Took way to long to get out food and it wasn’t really good. Oh and both of them weren’t there. It’s a small neighborhood and it doesn’t take much to get to know your local food places employees. And it does make a big difference.

I have been a Papa John’s girl for years but they have really fallen in the past few years. Ordered delivery. Food was never delivered. 4 drivers came to my house with wrong order one was door dash. Pizza hut sent me text after these drivers that door dash came and went still not my food. Called customer service and they insisted food was in route. It was not. More time goes by ordered at 8pm now its after 10pm. I drove to the store and picked up MY DELIVERY. The first driver who came by was there and surprised that I STILL hadn’t gotten my order. Never got a refund. Zero stars.

Ordered a pizza 4/16/23. Ended up getting home to find the pizza had the wrong toppings. Called to try to get a new one and asked if they could deliver. “We can but we would have to charge you for delivery”. Ok, asked for a refund and was told by Lee that I would get refunded. My card was still charged. No further contact from Pizza Hut.
