I ordered on my birthday and the pizza I received was not in good condition at all. Look like someone throw the pizza to the side of the box. One person said it’s because ( they had ran out of the NY style boxes)when I called. Another apologized and said they were going to refund my money I’ll update if I receive it. Hopefully in a timely manner so I can have a better birthday weekend. Update(was refunded money)

I have never been a pizza hut fan. For the pass four years I have been ordering from them because of convenience. If I was able to drive trust me I would go somewhere else. I have to say that I have been somewhat satisfied with them. I like their wings even though I stop ordering them when the prices started going up. Yesterday I had to order food because I didnt know one to make dinner for my son or me. I’m not going to get why I cant cook. So quickest delivery would had been from them and on top cheaper than ordering somewhere else. When I ordered It said my delivery will be between 25 and 35 minutes. That changed to 50 to 55 minutes because it was going to be delivered through door dash, ok fine. Anyways I ordered the NY style. I regret it immediately. Flavor was nasty, it was soft and cold.

Worst customer service. Delivery horrible. Had to pay tip and delivery charge. Told I can refuse tip but not drivers fault he has several orders. So they take too many orders at 1 time and they make all late. As I post this pizza arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes for a pizza and pasta. Pizza and pasta was cold and disgusting. Never again.

I just ordered 2 pizzas, bread sticks, wings and french fries. The order took an hour to make and once it left the store it arrived 5 minutes later. Everything was cold which meant it sat in the store for a very long time. Enclosed is a photo of the French fries, it only filled the container 1/4 of the way. So a 28 dollar order and 5 dollar tip for a bunch of cold food that I won’t be eating. On my way to pick up a pizza elsewhere since I don’t have another hour to wait for cold food. I will not be ordering from here again. 3 of the last 6 orders have been COLD….Maybe you wait to make the orders until the delivery driver is available to actually deliver it. Sad, I like pizza hut…
