Ham and mushroom pizza, one piece of ham on a slice. This is what 18 buys and they said they do not have mild peppers, with attitude. Just spoke with the manager, Asley said she made the pizza and was very short with me and hung up. All I tried to say was this is not a good pizza, come back to store and get a refund and then hung up. Do you see ham?

I called and placed a delivery order. During my call I was told my card was approved… and then they just hung up on me! Ok. I wait 30 minutes and called back to make sure my order was placed….they told me they can not find my order and that I can make a new one. I told them no…because I did not want to end up with 4 pizzas! So I called again 5 min later and they told me my order was out to be delivered!!! Great awesome!!!! But I get a pizza that had no cheese on it because it was stuck to the box! Wth! I literally scraped the cheese of the box to eat my $50 pizza order! I added pictures but they will not show you….nice pizza hut!

Terrible customer service! I called to place an order but was put on hold. After holding for 10 minutes I finally hung up and attempted to place an order online but when I went to check out it said that the location was closed and it was well within their hours of operation. I tried to call again and after some more holding time someone from the customer service department picked up. I told him I was trying to place an order and explained how it stated the location I was ordering from was closed, it seemed like he was attempting to help me but he ended up hanging up on me. I wasn’t being rude or anything. I just wanted to order a couple of pizzas.
