Cajun wings were awesome. Pizza hut has failed too many times to give a reasonable amount of cheese so I haven’t ordered from them for years. I had to since they were the only local place still open during Memorial day and my order was delivered fast and much better than I remember.

Called and ordered a “crispy” pepperoni pie, a dozen boneless wings and cheesy ziti. The pie was not cooked all the way, the cheese in the middle was clumpy and bread was still not even slightly brown. The wings came half cooked and the bone in, not boneless. The mangers responds we have 6 or 12 of the wings. We’ll 12 is a dozen, the only thing that was even decent was the ziti. When I called back to inform them that the pizza wasn’t cooked and they sent the wrong wings, I was told that I ordered traditional wings, I guess that she meant that the bones were in them. And that I never asked for a well-done pizza. I’m not sure why she didn’t know what a dozen was or that when ordering crispy it means well done. After arguing with me she said I ordered “traditional” wings, I did not. She went on to say how I need to order my food properly because I didn’t order well done, I ordered crispy. Then tells me crispy doesn’t mean we’ll done, then proceeds to hangup after yelling at me.

Not sure what’s going on lately but the last few months my orders have been messed up in one way or the other. The last two orders two pizzas had no cheese on it told I would get a credit and they never came. Today one pizza was stuck completely to the top of the box none of the sauces I had bought ever arrived even after the store told me they would bring them to me. After over 3 hours of waiting and no show, I called in to ask for a refund as they clearly weren’t replacing them instead the guy who picked up the phone hung up on me. Thinking it was a mistake I called back and immediately got hung up on again. I don’t know what’s going on but that place has turned from a really good restaurant so going absolutely bananas I’m not going to order for a while until the situation gets fixed

I ordered for delivery a weak ago and it took over an hour to be delivered past the time it was supposed to be delivered. I called around 10 min after the time it was supposed to be delivered asking where it was and the girl on the phone said it was on its way so I waited. I called 15 minutes later and she said it’s on its way again and to wait 15 min and I said okay and I wait 20. I called a 3rd time and she said the same thing again it’s on its way. By this time I was already frustrated because she kept telling us it was on its way and in reality it wasn’t . Pizza Hut is 5 min away from my house. I understand there is other orders and I would have to wait longer but it shouldn’t be that long of a wait. I’m usually a very patient person but it was so frustrating how she just kept telling me it was on its way and she gave attitude as well. Instead of lying I wish she just gave it to me straight just let me know the driver is running late it’s not that hard. Just let me know so I could stop checking and give me a better estimate of when the driver would come. Instead all she did was say he’s on its way and give attitude. On top of that she wasn’t answering after the third call once she put me on hold to supposedly call the driver she never came back. The food is good but the service was terrible.

This shop opens at 10 AM – accepts delivery orders but then calls to tell us we can either pick it up or wait for a driver to be there which may take 1 hour or maybe 2! This is the second time this has happened from this location. I have to feed my staff and if I had the ability to pick up I would. I called back to confirm the voicemail and they even answer asking if it is pick up or delivery. Little Cesar’s came in clutch and had my staff food within 20 minutes. They used door dash to make it happen so maybe an option for you guys considering you don’t staff accordingly?
