If I could give it no Stars I would. I got a large pizza with veggie toppings and she is crest when it arrived they left the outside didn’t even notify me it was there also made two liter bottle of soda was missing or never delivered it was so bad of a smell coming from the pizza when I open the box that I didn’t even eat it I throw it away immediately and tried to contact the pizza hut. I tried six times to call and finally just called their corporate office. If your corporate office hasn’t told you already in that long email I’m going to tell you now I want a refund and I will never order from you or probably in the other Pizza Hut in the rest of my life. I rather eat Sam’s club pizza.

I do not recommend this location. We ordered pizza two hours ago, the order shows delivered on your app, but door dash says it was cancelled and to contact the restaurant. We have tried to get through to your restaurant to report this and see what’s going on and have been hung up on while on hold with one of your staff. This has happened before and our pizza showed up at 9pm, 4 hours after we ordered it and we had already made alternative dinner plans.

Well I order there pepperoni lovers hot melt and usually love love it .but I ordered it today and it did not come the same. The crust is usually flavored and cooked into the pizza melt. Parmasian flavor.but it came plain and to be honest. Made a huge difference. I didn’t like it without the flavor !! !!!why ??would they do this ???

I ordered $60 worth… 2 pizzas, pasta and cheese sticks. The original crust pizza was overloaded with cheese(I ordered light cheese), the second was a pan pizza and it was legit raw in the middle. The only thing I could eat on it were the toppings. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The cheese sticks were burned. The best dish was the pasta and it was just ok.

Will not ever spend my money at this establishment again. There are too many restaurants that value customers and want return business. Your store on Cattlemen Road has an attitude of reflecting poor training and leadership to its employees. I’ve seen many understaffed restaurants since Covid operate, they may be behind and a bit slower etc. but they treat customers with respect. I left two pizzas, (Paid for online already) in the store because of how rude your employee was to my daughter who stood waiting for fifteen minutes with no acknowledgment while our two pizzas were sitting “paid for” in the togo heat box. She placed the pizzas in the box in front of us and made us wait. It took more time to place the pizzas in the hot case than hand them to my daughter. She let me know she was in complete control and I would get the pizzas when she was ready to give them to me. They were the only pizzas sitting in the box. I assume they are still there. Thirty dollars doesn’t mean a lot to Pizza Hut last night however, I probably spend over twelve hundred dollars a year at Pizza Hut’s across the United States, which I will now seek another establishment. This wasn’t the first negative experience at this establishment on Cattlemen Road, but it’s the last.

If I could I would leave no stars… we ordered pizza Sunday night and got the wrong order. We called 15 times and finally someone picked up and said our correct order was on the way. Well, we never received it. Tried calling again and no answer. I would like a refund! Horrible customer service and no response.

I specifically ordered this type of crust because it used to be crunchy it’s a deep dish absolutely as soft as a limp dead fish can’t say much about the flavor either overall don’t waste your time or money. After eating this pizza this is probably the worst tasting pizza I have ever had I ordered Hawaiian pizza and couldn’t even taste the pineapple on it the ham had the funkiest flavor I’ve ever tasted they’ve cut back on everything and then you can tell it’s garbage

usually is really great at delivering, but this time we ordered a pizza an hour before closing time and they have yet to deliver the pizza and have no given us a refund. its been nearly two hours so i’ve just given up tonight

Look, save yourself the headache and just don’t order from here, I gave them another shot in the off chance that the previous experience was a fluke. It’s not. It’s an absolute nightmare to get ahold of the store and they don’t answer the phones (in fact they closed the store at 830pm on a Saturday night and stopped answering phone calls)…. I’m not going into details but suffice it to say I canceled the order and that alone took upwards of an hour on top of waiting an hour for the order because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone (including their customer support) so yeah…never again.
