I phoned in my order for pick-up and it was ready when I got there. I got a medium crispy thin crust Veggie pizza, which was very tasty. My only negative comment would be that I actually wanted a small pizza, but I was told they don’t make the crispy thin crust in small. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Placed an online order and was told my order would be ready in 10-20 min. Left 15 min later for my lunch break. Got their, and my order was not even made. I was told I would have to wait another 10 min after I had already paid. I said no, thank you, as I’ve already wasted my time and gas driving here. He apologized and refunded me my money. Now, I have to find something else to eat for lunch. Big inconvenience. SMH

I ordered was told it would be delivered in 30 mins. I called 8 times waiting and was lied to every time! We never got our order after waiting two hours, was told it was sent by door dash was a horrible experience! I will never call Pizza Hut again!

I paid $40 for 2 pizzas that was cold and stiff that wasn’t cut good that was torn in sum of the edges almost as if the crust was separating from the pizza and to know if I was paying $40 for thin piece of pizza it not even 1/2 in and there was so little of the toppings I would’ve just ordered a cheese pizza with no toppings

Will Pizza Hut has my favorite pizza that I like but when I call for delivery they wanted $28 for a single topping medium Pizza and a cookie I hung up and I never called back I won’t be setting my business to them and I think that somebody made a mistake on the price but that’s their problem I wouldn’t recommend it

Poor quality in overall experience from food and service. Pizza tasted old, and the wings with bone in were extremely gelatinous and had a gamey taste. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again,unfortunately this was their second chance with us.
