Amazing customer service. I informed them of an error on ordering through the website and management reached out to me to inform me the issue was fixed. Ive been ordering from here for a little while now and have never once had a problem. The food is great, service is kind and helpful, and ive never had to sit around and wait for extended time periods or had to report an issue with my food.

We would order from here roughly once a week and it was pretty much always a good experience. They recently outsourced their delivery to doordash and the food has showed up cold each time ever since. We won’t be ordering from here anymore. Thankfully Papa John’s and Domino’s are just as close.

How do you pick and choose what DoorDash you can take? I wanted food, ordered food(mind you it was not a big order just pasta, a melt, and personal size pan pizza), they proceeded to decline the order seconds after I placed it, forcing me to then call to see if I can place an order in the store for pick up TO THEN sit and listen to the most ANNOYING man go on and on RAVING about how I should try their NEW online ORDERING( aka DoorDash) for I kid you NOT , 7 minutes with not one person answering.

I ordered online to get the best deal, but once I ordered they didn’t get the correct info from my order and then tried to say I didn’t put the lot number (even though it was right there on my order confirmation) and then lied and said they tried to call, but my boyfriend has NO calls from them and everyone else got through. They voided my order and didn’t email or call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Another company delivered just fine. Won’t order from the Hut again.

We ordered a three box pizza. With the bread sticks. The pizzas were not what we ordered. We never got the bread sticks. We call and it was 6:30pm its now 7:50pm and we got the bread crumbs and corrected pizzas. Truly annoying to order food and not get what you want have to sit and wait that long for the replacement. Loved waiting till 8pm to friggin eat.

Very poor customer service upon entry, dirty facility, no one greeted us or even made eye contact with us. Employees walked in with regular clothes and did not wash hands. Employees who were not clocked in were putting their purses on the pizza making table and taking out multiple vapes. The wait time was ridiculous and all the employees were conversing amongst each other instead of interacting with customers
