You need to pay more & higher more people. Had to wait at the counter for 5 min. while counter guy was on the phone. My online order (90 min. ahead of time) was cooked, not cut & boxed. Again, had to wait. Employees doing their best. Owner/Manager is failing.

I don’t want to give it a 1 star but that’s the lowest I have for an option. They don’t care about you at all. Ordered a big box and they decided to make whatever they wanted because they said they were out and they made it without telling me or giving me an option. I was so upset I just wanted my pizza at the end but they even managed to mess that up as well. Don’t go here at all!!! They have a much better pizza place right next door. It’s one of the best pizza’s in Clermont. Don’t give this pizza hut any money when they have a hard working pizza place right next door and I mean right next door!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a pizza online. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for our pizza to arrive. When it finally arrived it looked like the pizza was 2 hours old and all they did was just reheat it in their oven. Definitely not fresh. I had to call back to have another pizza delivered and this took another 40 minutes. Second pizza was good but kind of lost my appetite because I had to wait an hour and a half to get an edible pizza and at that point we were just frustrated.

Order was placed online at 11:19am. Text received at 12:07 telling me my order was on the way. It is 1PM and after spending 10 minutes on hold my food FINALLY arrived. I understand understaffing, I understand traffic. I live 15-20 minutes away from the establishment. I will not be ordering Pizza hut again after this.

I understand that staffing may be low, as it is all over the country but I received a text at 6:41 that my order was out for delivery and received it at 7:30. I live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. I called the location and they stated my driver left at 6:44. My food was not as warm as it should have been. I was told the driver had other stops along the way. I guess I should have gone and picked it up myself. Next time I will.
