I love this Pizza Hut. I love that they still have a buffet and care about the food they put out. Just the other night, I ordered from here, and when I got home I had the wrong pizza. The manager/employee I called (I wish I got her name – she had glasses and several face piercings) made us a whole new pizza with no hassle and just made sure everything was good for us. I genuinely felt taken care of like you just don’t at fast-food places anymore, by all the staff here really. Good stuff.

Buffet is back Mondays starting at 11am. Love this place. All kinds of pizza to choose from. Ask for the salad. It’s included with the buffet at no additional charge. $8.99 is what I paid today for pizza, salad and a water. Don’t forget to ask for Cinnabon icing for the cinnamon breadsticks for desert.

This Pizza Hut does a great buffet. The pizzas are good and they cook the bread sticks (seasoned and cinnamon) to perfection. This buffet is better than others I have tried. I’ve also ordered takeout several times without any issues.

We just ate at the Pizza Hut in 50 in Clermont.. Saturday night and the guy who waited on us was alone and waiting on at least 6 families by himself and was running around taking care of everyone. And was so polite and careful to help everyone.. He deserves a raise

Horrible experience. Went at 1 for the lunch buffet that ends at 2. We sat, ordered drinks and when we got to the buffet it was completely empty. Waited over 15 minutes for more food to come out and everyone in the dining room flocked to it and took everything before we had a chance. Waited another 15 minutes for more food to come out. Asked for salads while waiting and were informed they were out of salad. I never got to eat and my 8 year old only had one tiny piece of pizza. I will never be back.

Absolutely would NOT recommend. Ordered take out, pepperoni, beef, mushrooms and extra cheese. Got pepperoni and mushrooms only…no beef, no extra cheese. Stuffed crust barely had any cheese in it. $25.00 wasted. I wish I had gone to the one in Groveland as usual. Always great pizza from there.

I called today, 5/24/23 around 3pm to inquire about an egg allergy in the pizza dough. The person who answered the phone proceeded to tell me about “gluten free” products. When I clarified my question was for egg, they were rude and hostile and told me they couldn’t tell me about anything besides gluten free. I asked if there was a manager that could assist me, and the person on the phone told me that they were the manager. I then asked for their name and was scoffed at and hung up on. I feel as though not only was this an unnecessary response to my inquiry, but a violation of the ADA Food Code and rights of people with food allergies. I’m not sure if the person was being truthful about being the manager, but training and knowledge is lacking at this location and it seems the safety of their customers is not a priority.

This is an old pizza hut, but the cool thing is they have the old lunch buffet. For the price of a fast food drive thru meal you can have all the pizza and pasta you want. It even comes with a salad. The pizza was hot and fresh and they did a good job of keeping the buffet stocked. They even take requests.

We wanted to do the lunch buffet since it was back, but they did not have a sign up saying what their times are, so we left. Everyone knows lunchtime is usually 11 am to 3 pm. They said the lunch buffet was over, but people there were still eating from the buffet. So we politely said thank you and left. FYI, it was not anywhere near 3 p.m.
