We ordered online order said 25-35 minutes. One hour has gone by and nothing we tried calling and the lady hung up on us. So we tried once again the employee told us that we needed the manager so after holding for 20 minutes we finally got the manager and he couldnt tell us anything and solve the issue. Honestly very dissapointed pictures below: on how the pizza arrived.

This is the worse Pizza Hut ever. In person service is horrible! The GM is even more rude than the employees. The manager said, “You already paid, after you get what you get. As long as I give you a pizza I have comp completed the transaction.” Iasked if all they cared about was getting our money and the manager smiled. For delivery it is just as bad! They take 45 mins to deliver a pizza after it is out of the oven. It is no longer fresh. It is always cold and burnt. O one cares either. They try go give you a sad story about how corporate does not allow them to hire more than 1 driver a d I should take it up to them. This is a horrible place. I will be taking my business to their competitors!

Surprisingly better then I expected. We ordered the stuffed crust with garlic parmesan sauce with a mix of toppings and it was pretty yummy. The pizza was ready on time and The staff was pretty friendly. We’ll definitely be returning to this Pizza Hut.
