Ordered at 6:19 p.m. Got text at 6:40 saying order was out for delivery; I live 15 minutes away form location. Food arrived at 7:15. 4 pack of beverages were not included. driver said he would return shortly. Called store and had rude teenage girl hang up on me. Called back an hour later when driver did not return. Spoke to manager who gave empty apology and said driver would bring beverages. Driver arrived at 9:30. Then they sent me survey AND asked for a Google review. 110% buffoonery.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered 5 pizzas for pickup. Got them home and found 3 of them were without sauce. Just cheese and bone dry bread. Called store and they said they would remake and take about 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I finally get the piazza. The entire time the workers were just chatting and not giving a care. Got the new pizza home and it’s honestly not much better, plus they forgot toppings on one of the pizzas. Corporate will be called tomorrow. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to.

I’ve given this Pizza Hut 2 tries and have been disappointed both times. First time a cashier was more modeled about talking and laughing with her friends then listening to my order. I told her it was wrong and she got an attitude. Not only was the food taking very long it was wrong as well…Manager got involved and that was that. Tonight I ordered at 8:53pm was told it was take 15-20 mins. So after 30 minutes I came in to check (my daughter was already inside) and asked about the order. THE PIZZA WAS SITTING IN THE WARMER!! Cashier went to the back and tossed the wings and I got my order at 9:50…. It sad because this is a newer store but they still are lacking on something

I’ve ordered from here numerous times and have been very pleased although last night something was missing. First my order was correct and the lady helping me was very nice. Now the bad part. The hand tossed seemed like thin. I’d hate to see what the thin was. Also not much sauce. However I’m completely disappointed in the boneless wings. After being disappointed in Little Cesar’s wing size we opted to try Pizza Hut as I just knew they were good. It’s been a while but my memory isn’t bad and those wings used to be way bigger to fill a bowl even an 8 count . They could have saved the bowl and put in a tiny Tupperware for the size they were. If I knew the size then I would not have ordered. I’d say chicken nuggets are bigger and cheaper but if you want popcorn chicken that are $1 each then buy these. They didn’t even fill the bottom of the container. The sauce was good but I would have been so embarrassed if I worked there and sent them out the door that way. I know it’s not this locations fault as that is what the supplier gives but dang. It reflects on this location now. So now I can’t order pizza from my go to places anymore because my husband only likes pizza with wings. I told him I’ll buy a bag from the store and get way more for the same price. Where is quality control? I added a photo…my husband snuck one before I took a picture. You’ve been warned! I’d give 3.5 stars if I could but I rounded down sadly.

So let’s see. I ordered at 5:57. At 6:40 I got a call. They miss-boxed the order and delivered my order to someone else. Fine. They said they would give a $10 credit and give me a large instead of a medium, and it would be an additional 15 minutes. It’s now 8:44 almost 3 hours after my order and no food. I called waited on hold for 20 minutes. Then called corporate to be told they would get back to me in 1-3 days. Then called again waited on hold for 41 minutes then they finally picked up and hung up to disconnect me. All the while still no food. My 4 month old is asleep or I would have drove up to the store. If you get your food you are lucky. But god forbid there’s an issue, just go somewhere else and ask corporate for a refund because you will never get someone to answer.

I placed an order this evening for two thin crust pepperoni pizzas. My order arrived incorrectly. I received two cheese only pies. I called the store to inform them of the error. My youngest son is Autistic and won’t eat pizza without pepperoni. It was serious meltdown mode in my home with dinner delayed as well. The manager stated that they would deliver the order correctly within 30 to 40 minutes but I have to give them back the two cheese pizzas. I was a bit taken aback given the whole COVID situation. The only reason I can assume the manager demanded the incorrect order to be returned (very unsanitary) is that they assume I was lying. How incredibly insulting! I have my order receipt and photos of the incorrect pies as proof. Not a problem, I pulled the cheese pie out of the garbage can and will return it for the correct one. Never mind the hassle, extreme inconvenience and insult. This store has FOREVER lost my business!!!! Horrible customer service.

Pizza hut on west road was the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten. REHEATED, dry and burnt cheese, stale crust. Obviously NOT FRESHLY MADE pizza. Skip this location!!
