We ordered Pizza Hut in Okeechobee. Do not eat here. The pizza was over cooked not cut and there was hair on my food. I wrote the head office and a week later never heard anything back do not eat here.

Stopped in for lunch! Was working across the street. Service was excellent. Was thirsty drank like 3 refill. Ate good and would do it again. Stuffed crust pepperoni with garlic bread.

They offer the Beef Brisket Pizza and I love that option! The pizza was so delicious and tasty! They have a variety of wing choices that are cooked to order…the lemon pepper rub is awesome! The delivery is also fast and friendly! I really appreciated the great experience I had at Okeechobee Pizza Hut!

Pizza Hut pan crust pizza used to be super crispy but this was just like regular pizza crust just extra dough. the way they cooked it in the cast iron just to make it so crispy on all sides and airy but this was just like extra dough no crisp whatsoever. could have had the same thing at Little Caesars for half the price

The pickup time said 30 mins, when I got there I had to wait another 15 mins. During the 15 minutes there I witnessed employees yelling (short girl with nose rings) a girl come from outside and go directly behind the counter, without so much as some hand sanitizer. My pizza was cold and so was my wings! Waiting an EXTRA 15 mins at the least should have produced hot food! It was Friday, maybe they were swamped and over worked (who knows) If I go here again, I’d DEFINITELY avoid the weekend!

So today 4/5/2023 we went to get 7 personal pan pizzas, that we ordered online. And the lady at the front desk not only took very long to answer to the people waiting for her at the desk. But when she finally approached she seemed a little lost and smelled of beer. The smell was so bad my mother felt she could taste the smell of it off of the woman. She had suds on the corner of her mouth. (While the woman from the front was in the back) Another customer there informed a delivery worker that they needed toilet paper in both stalls of the bathroom badly and the delivery person said “okay I’ll let her know” (talking about the woman in the back). The delivery person waited until the customer (who complained about the toilet paper) left and continued grabbing pizzas to deliver. She never told the woman in the back about the issue.

The floor needed to be swept. I could hear the staff laughing and carrying on but I rarely saw any. I know that hot wings are supposed to be small but check out the pictures of mine. I would give them zero stars but Google won’t let me. I’ve never been this ignored by wait staff in my life. Wow!! Avoid at all costs
