If I could give a 0, I would and Iam not a person who makes public reviews, but today got me. They delivered my small very simple order. My cinnamon sticks are very old, hard as rock and stuck in the box. Like, who sends somebody food like that?! I called and spoke to The “manager” Nancy (who was very unprofessional and nonchalant) and she told me that they could remake it but not deliver it because they have No drivers. That’s understandable if you’re short, but What’s the point of allowing delivery then?Obviously I chose delivery for a reason. This experience was a complete ripoff. She also told me that they do no refunds. Hmmm, They quick to take your money though. I know, It’s ok until you experience the same thing or worse.

This is how my pizza was delivered to me! This my second time ordering from here and my food has not been correct. The first time I called and told them the wrong food was delivered and all I was told they could credit my account $5 and it was never credited the $5 and this time my pizza looks like someone has played in it!!!

The order wasn’t complete. The items that did arrived were not cooked properly. By that I mean they were burnt and not satisfying to eat. I’m not sure if it was because we order at 912 pm but I am very dissatisfied. The driver was nice and professional.

Please don’t bother ordering from here. I’m not even sure how they’re still in business. If it isn’t poor customer service then it’s poor food quality. I have been in this location several times over the years and it always smells like cigarette smoke. Management clearly doesn’t see an issue with it enough to fix it. It’s just not a good place to eat, especially when there are 5 other pizza joints in Helena.

hate to leave a bad review, especially when it was a first time buy. the service was nice, very friendly cashier, but when i was already chowing down on my pizza and had put back a few slices, i noticed hair on the one in my hand. refund process was easy enough, but unfortunately hair on/in food is one of my big no-nos. probably won’t give it a second try but the service is good.

When I moved to Helena a year ago, this place had great service and great food. Unfortunately, over the course of the past 6 to 8 months, I have noticed a substantial decline in quality of service which can most likely be attributed to poor quality management. The past two times I have ordered carryout here, they handed me my pizza items and said “thanks, come back and see us,” and completely left the wings out of the order. Both times I mentioned that I also ordered wings, so the employee goes back to look for them and then walks back a few minutes later and tells me “We forgot to drop your wings. It will be about 6 to 8 more minutes… sorry.” I don’t understand why it is so difficult to read an order and ensure that all the items listed have been provided.

For the past six months or so, this Pizza Hut has really been declining in quality. Delivery times grow longer and longer, with my last order taking nearly an hour to be delivered. My last three orders have been completed incorrectly, despite being simple. With the exception of wings, the quality of the food I’ve gotten recently has been sub-par; either cold, burnt, or greasy.
