This was the worst service and pizza I’ve ever ate! I’ve bought pizza from a gas station that’s been much better!! This was cold, hard and delivered to me in a hour and a half rather than the 25-35 minutes estimate on the website where I placed the order. This was a stuffed crust with EXTRA PEPPERONI AND EXTRA CHEESE and you see how extra it was in the photo. Then I tried more then 5 times to call the local phone number to the store I bought it from, right off Fort Williams in Sylacauga, and it would ring more then 20 times and no one would answer. This place is horrible and I will never goto any Pizza Hut again.

My first time ordering pizza hut in sylacauga probably since 07, so we went to this new location and I go in the restaurants to see who making my food and observe the store to see if um gonna order or not. Manager was excellent and friendly, answered what questions I had asked her which was great. The employees were great also, noone standing around on their phones, everyone was doin something which is good. Store was clean too which is a plus

Ordered a single delivery pizza, waited an entire hour and a half after the app said my order was in the oven, went to the restaurant myself, and my pizza had been sitting in the warming oven ever since. If you want food in a reasonable time, I’d recommend elsewhere.

Since opening the staff at this Pizza Hut Sylacauga, AL have always been very courteous whenever I pick up at the window. The food is always hot and delicious and my order is always correct. I highly appreciate this aspect of getting the order correct. Great job!

This is the best Pizza Hut I have ever ate at! I have now eaten here twice since they newly opened and both times were amazing! The staff is quiet awesome too. The manager is perfect in this position and very friendly! Highly recommend if you love pizza and want great food and service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
