I was sold a cold burnt pizza and when I showed the manager he said no that’s perfect pizza you must like yours undercooked. The pepperoni was so burnt they crumble when touched! Wish I could attach picture.

Made online order and once the payment was made the address changed. I called the store no answer. I caller customer service SHE then calls the store No answer. So the customer service representative suggest I cancel the order. . no pizza …then I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back

I placed an order for over $50 of food 5 Items 4 pizzas and 1 pasta dish. I ordered delivery upon arrival I only received 4 pizzas no pasta. I notified the door dasher n was told thats all they gave me. I called pizza hut and was told I can come to that location and pick up the missing pasta. Clearly I can’t pick up my food today my car battery died which is the only reason I ordered delivery paid the delivery fee 6.99 plus added a tip and I tipped good just to hope l would get all my order correct. Not only did pizza hut get my order wrong the second party door dash also got it wrong on door dash it clearly say 5 Items. Why would you leave the store with 4?

Enjoy pizza but and usually have mines delivered. I’m just mainly disappointed when I pay $2 or $3 for my garlic sauces and they always forget them. Maybe it’s just my location. Hopefully they make sure everything is ready to go even the smaller things counts but overall, I will continue to order from them.

This used to be my favorite location. Went today and paid $22 for a large pizza. Toppings were skimpy (counted 5 mushrooms on a large. Pizza didn’t taste freshly made. Tasted like frozen pizza. Usually pizza is delicious from here but not today. With what they charge at least it should be good. Very disappointed, today was my birthday. Would have been better off going to little ceasers but I love the pizza hut.

Update: Last week the app and the website would not let me place and order. Was very frustrating. I pick my daughter up and feed her when I get her and Pizza Hut is in rotation of the few things she eats. Yesterday was Monday so I decided to try again and the order went through but why when I picked my order up were the employees standing outside and then one came in with me to take my payment and he asked me “Do you smoke?” I guess they’re side selling on the clock.
