The wings are good. But customer service goes along way. Also, their price is outrageous on the wings but I have ordered all flat and they tell me they can do it sometimes but sometimes I can’t. I’ve ordered wings there from the past three days. I’ve asked for a flat each time and I’ve never gotten them in the bag. Also I asked for a pack of ranch and she asked me if I just wanted one as if one comes in the bag but again, I’ve never received just the one pack of ranch. I just don’t know if the horrible customer service the overprice wings are worth me getting them with the amount of respect I don’t receive . Horrible experience. The relay of the order to the store preparing it was awful. Food was over an hour and a half and cold. Management staff was rude and hostile toward me. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I guess the most disappointing thing about what few Pizza Hut restaurants are left is once upon a time they made some of the best pizza around Now it is just OK but really no different than any other fast food operation, quantity and quality have gone right out the window.

Went through the drive through Christmas eve with some friends. They ordered a large supreme and I got one of the little personal sized pizzas. I got a cheese pizza just for me. We had been watching Home Alone before we went to Pizza Hut so I had to have a personal cheese pizza. The wait time was average. Honestly I dont know how good the pizza was because I was completely toasted. With that being said it must have been good because I didnt have any stomach issues. Was happy to see it had the little table inside the box. Kept that as a keepsake.
