If I could give ZERO STARS I would give NEGATIVE! Store manager is the rudest one there! Ordered a pan pizza, got there to pick it up for them to tell me they tried to call to tell me they were out of pan, so they made hand tossed. I was fine with that but asked to be charged correctly since pan costs more. Manager proceeded to close drive thru window in my face and say it was MY fault so I should have to pay pan pizza price since I didn’t answer the phone.. even though I never received a phone call. I told her if it was a problem I would go somewhere else so she told me that was fine, she would block my account online from being able to order from them again. I’m a store manager myself and I would NEVER talk to a guest that way. I feel like I was very respectful and willing to still purchase the WRONG PIZZA until I could hear myself being talked about through the window. I’ll never order from this Pizza Hut again!

Be Aware they use doordash as delivery when shortstaffed. So if you get something wrong with your order you’ll have to call & get credit. I was missing my pasta & they said to contact our doordash delivery driver & I said ” I ordered through pizza hut website not doordash though, so idk who my driver even was I thought I was getting it delivered by a pizza hut delivery guy” so I didn’t get my pasta, turns out the driver forgot it at the restaurant but pizza hut did make it right & gave me the amount of the pasta in credit which I was able to use in a future order but it had to be placed through phone to redeem the credit.

Just not worth going to anymore. I’ve had to wait 30 to 45 minutes past the carryout time on multiple occasions because they were so behind on orders. They had to shut down the restaurant in the middle of the day on a Saturday with no warning to people that had orders waiting. Pay your people, Pizza Hut!

Never again. Pizza was stone cold and all dough. No discernable sauce and few toppings. Boneless wings were cold and soggy. Hawaiian teriyaki sauce was just bad.

Drive through service was steady, hate I had to sit and wait after my order on my app said it was ready, food got burnt and had to wait on another pizza, but Keith told me this information and I waited and he made sure my order was correct and gave me free wings as well. We’ll appreciated and will be back

Cashier in the drive through window had an attitude and was told 30-40 min wait time and told to move up and when done will bring the pizza out and never did, had to drive back around to pick up and was cold by time we got back to the house. Very poor service. This is what u get when nobody wants to open the inside and stuck with only drive through, only gonna get worse.
