Drove 30 minutes to have a meal. Apparently, their “dine in” is “closed”. I asked when will it be back open and was told “I don’t know”. One would think that they would have the doors locked as well as some hint of information that the dine in is closed. I’m not very pleased right now.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Called several times to check status of my online order and was hung up on each time. After several attempts a man answered, laid the phone down and told someone “This B!tch keeps calling so I took the phone off the hook”. This took place around 430pm, at 7:40pm the same man called to let me know my order was ready! This Russellville, AL location needs to be closed down!

My wife and 4 Children and I love there Pizza because it’s so Thick and Cheesey… o Yeah and there Stuffed Crust Large pizza are to the Shizzy For Rizzy…. That means they are really Alsome and everybody should get one and try it just from The Fulton Pizza Hut because they’re the best Pizza Hut around all the rest of them are just imitation Pizza huts that don’t really know what they’re doing I think but I could be wrong you have to test it out for yourself and find out….
