Worst Pizza Hut ever! I keep giving this location a try because my 11 year old daughter keeps asking for a pizzahut. But after today I will no longer come to this location. There is never a manager on site for any problems. This location only hires pretty much teenagers. The pizza that was handed to me tonight literally look like it was thrown together a slice by slice. And the dough wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I asked for a manager and no one was available.

Went to pick up an online order. They ran out of large pan pizza dough and substituted 2 mediums for my Super Supreme. These pizzas were AWESOME! Perfectly cooked and covered with toppings. One of the best pizzas we’ve ever had.

0 stars, sweet 16 Birthday party pizzas ordered days ahead of time, local restaurant on old madison pike had doors locked so i could not get in to carry out, phone number went to automated system with no option for local manager or employee, teenagers excuses of not staffed, etc etc, all BS! pizzas were cold and poorly made, might be the worst Pizza Hut experience ever, absolutely embarassing

Place is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen. Pizza wasn’t ready. Worker stated all they had was burnt pizza and didn’t even try to make a new one. Said there was nothing she could do asked for a refund and she stated she didn’t know how to do a refund and that the manager was supposed to be on the way in. This is no way to run a business I think this store should be shutdown.

Wait time for delivery said 20 mins, after an hour I called the store and whoever answered simply answered with “what?” I told him I was just checking on the status of my order since I live next door, he said “it’s on the way with 5 other orders, it’ll get there when it gets there.” Then he hung up on me… Guess I’ll be eating cold pizza tonight.. won’t be ordering there again.

This place is a joke now. It’s very sad, but it needs to be shut down. The staff is horribly rude. The food and service is awful. I have no idea how they’re still in business at this point. They recently delivered me an uncut pile of cheese with 8 pepperonis as a “pepperoni lovers” pizza and then laughed at me and hung up when I called about it. Do not order from here.

Burnt rolls! Make sure if you order ask for NOT burnt Cinnabon. Service at drive up window wasn’t good either. Told them I had two orders, guy says that’s all I saw just one order. I repeat that I had two and he doesn’t even check but again tells me that’s all he saw. Then I tell him again he goes to check and of course now he finds it
