Not only did they not make my order, but when I got there the manager was aware of my order and agreed to make it immediately for free but he still made my order incorrectly. I didn’t want to complain since it was free and would have taken another 15 mins. I don’t understand why it was so difficult to make an order and on their 2nd chance, still make it incorrectly. It was 2pm and there was no other orders to be made…

Went around 7pm and was told the dining room is closed on Saturdays. At this point the location might as well close. Why would they be closed on a Saturday? Plus the place in run down and sorta gross anyway.

I really like Pizza Hut pizza over all the other franchises, and the location on South Parkway has done a great job for me over the past year since I started getting pizzas from them. I use their drive-thru window to pick-up, and the folks there are always prompt and friendly! Pizza is always hot and tasty!

My nephew ordered the pizzas and when he got back with them at his sons party they were 4 short. So he had to call them and tell them I would pick them up for him, as I am on my way there they ate the pizzas said they sat to long. And then I had to wait because they were making 4 fresh large ones. They upsized the pizzas. Instead of staff eating them maybe could have have him a couple for free since they messed his order up. Just my thoughts on it though.
