The order before mine came out one burnt pizza. When mine came out they gave it to him and claimed mine was burnt and had to remake it. The manager said he would give me a $20 credit but never did!

The pizza was not ready when it was scheduled. I was told to come back in 15 minutes they were cooking it. 18 minutes later I arrived and was told to come back in 15 more minutes that it had just been put in to cook. When I ask why, that i was told they were cooking it the last time i arrived the girl at the counter just shrugged her shoulders and said there was a large order they had to complete. I said that you told me they were cooking it when i was here before and she said she looked at the order sign and made a mistake. The pizza did not have any mushrooms on it which was part of the order and the wings were cold. The customer service has always been bad there and that’s the last time I will ever go there!

Website said closes at 11pm but I ordered early for a 1030pm pickup and only now at 10:15pm was called to be advised my order was cancelled due to them closing at 10pm instead. Would only give them a 0 if I could for their terrible customer service. They really need to close for good now instead of just early. Person who called me didn’t even give me her name and really could care less. Gas station pizza is better than this Luverne Pizza Hut, removing the app now.

Good place if you call at the right time. I had to take my mom to the hospital one night and though it was very late I called to place an order, the gentlemen who picked up the phone was very kind. I wanted the pasta but made with regular marinara instead of meat marinara as I cannot have meat. He was very kind and gladly made it. I even tipped him as his good attitude and service were incredible, not to mention the pasta was some of the best I had ever had! Well, I went to visit my mother the next day and because the pasta I had had the night before was so incredible I decided I would call and order another one to take home with me. Unfortunately I was greeted with a very different experience this time around, as the woman who answered the phone was rather rude. I very politely asked if I may substitute the meat marinara for regular marinara to it she said I could not. When I informed her that they did last night she told me in a fairly rude tone that the gentleman who had done it did so without permission. I have worked fast food for many years so I understand better than anyone what it is like to have to abide by rules and regulations however you are also supposed to ensure a customer satisfaction and sometimes making special orders is required to do that. You do not need permission to be kind to a customer. I don’t know if the woman was having a bad day or something, but I believe that it was the fact she did not want to make the effort of making my order with its minimal effort… But in any case I will probably only be ordering if I recognize the voice of the first gentleman who made my order, as his service was incredible. Sad that the same cannot be said for the less capable of the staff. If the gentleman who made my order is not a manager yet then they need to make him one and push the more less friendly people out the door. It just sucks that I have to call at the right time to get my order done nicely.
