I came in this afternoon around 2pm looking to place a to go order and was going to wait on it. The store looked horrible on the inside, drink machine was down and furniture was everywhere. Also it was about 80 degrees in there. No employees at the counter and one was making pizza. I stood there for 5 minutes at the counter with nobody saying a word to me or even interested in my money. The employee making pizza never spoke or got the other employee to take my order. I walked out and won’t be back. I guess you all don’t need money anymore. The idiots in Montgomery ruin everything. You have to hire the right people. Not someone high as hell that could not care about anything except not going to jail for back child support for all their many offspring they don’t take care of.

I should start by saying I haven’t ordered from pizza hut in a long time. My favorite things were limited time items like the honey sriracha sauce drizzle and bacon & cheese stuffed crust, when pizza hut dropped those items I swapped over to dominoes because they easily beat pizza hut for value and the flavor wasn’t drastically different like say Little Ceasers or a frozen brand. I occasionally would order the Beef Brisket BBQ pizza however from Pizza Hut because my father and I loved it, so pizza hut still had my business. The reason I stopped ordering from pizza hut as much is because of the horrible app! Everytime I would go to use the rewards points I saved up on the app I would always be told on the check out screen that “Something was wrong” I tried over a couple of years since the beginning of the pandemic and it still to this day does not let me use the reward points associated with my first account.

I never received my order . I waited an hour before contacting them just to be told they couldn’t find the order then It popped up when a supervisor came to the phone . She said it’s only 1 driver and if I could wait my order was next to be delivered once the driver made it back in . 2 more hours passed and I made other arrangements since they began answering the phone and immediately placing us on hold .. 3-5 rings & Pizza Hut advertisement played. I called 6x before somebody finally answered. I placed my order at 4:40pm, 9:00 rolled around and I couldn’t even explain to the manager that it had been over 4 hours since I ordered I understand a delay during this time of year but I’d just like a refund before she interrupted me with an attitude . I wasn’t rude to her at all . If you don’t like your job find another one! If you can’t communicate with customers get out the customer service field boo. Tone of voice is everything , I had to call the 1800# for a refund that I still have yet to receive .

Pizza was halfway burnt, and the other part of the order was wrong. No dine in anymore? Waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. The staff was very unfriendly. Second bad experience with Pizza Hut, there won’t be a third. There are too many other great options.

Pizza Hut was advertising any size, type, crust pizzas for $10 a piece. I called last Sunday evening and the person whom picked up after I had placed a order and goven a price slunded like she knew nothing about that special when I told her about it. I will NOT be ordering any more Pizza Hut pizzas for long time

Gong show..Disorganized location. Kid at the window was chewing food and eating pizza while dealing with customers. Unreal. 10 cars lined up in a dingy alley out back. 8pm ish a o no d ining room access. Only drive through. No one staging the cars so folks with orders ready can get served while other pull off to the side to wait instead of tying up the line. I think p we ople get in line then n order and just sit there. Our order was ready. Line was 10 + cars deep. All sitting. Tried to walk up to pay. Nope. 20 mins later decided not worth waiting for cold food and just left. No system in place to deal with timed orders at a poorly designed drive up window. We left. Waste of gas. Unsanitary. Gong show. We shot over to chickfila instead and left the pizza and breadsticks behind. 2 thumbs down. What a mess . Never again

i ordered the $10 tasty maker with 3 toppings pepperoni, sausage and roma tomatoes.. i paid a extra $1.50 for the pan pizza because they’re pan pizza is one of my favorites.. i also ordered the cheese sticks they cooked it a little longer than i wanted.. it was ready in the 15mins it said it was.. they could have cooked the toppings a little longer but overall i’m satisfied.

Best tasting pizza compared to the other chain pizza places. I made my order on line and my only complaint is that when I arrived to pick food up, no wings in order. Was told the cooker wasn’t working. They could have disclosed this during the online ordering process rather than completing the order and charging my card.
