I placed an order for delivery. but they have no delivery drivers so it was supposed to be delivered via doordash. However the driver never showed. and when I tried to contact the store no one would answered. then my order was cancelled not by my own doing. And i still could not speak to anyone from the actual store. So i was connected to customer service and they were beyond unhelpful. basically saying all they could do was re order and that would take over 100 minutes or refund me which takes 3-5 business days. They are not worth the trouble.

I just got a pizza from Pizza Hut, at 2865 East South Blvd. in Montgomery, Alabama. I used to manage for Mountain Mike’s Pizza, the original store, in Palo Alto, California. This pizza was pretty good. If I ever get back here, I’ll go there again for pizza.

The night before I had ordered from Domino’s, sad to say that Dominos had really let me down. But today I went with Pizza Hut which I hardly ever do and everything was delicious! The pizza actually had a very good amount of cheese and sauce with pepperoni on the top! Great job Pizza Hut! This is how a pizza should look!

Do not order for the delivery from this establishment. They’re stealing peoples money by accepting the orders, sending it through “DoorDash” then the order gets canceled, never arrives. And you can even get a refund or reorder because “there’s nothing they can do about it” says the manager. They are “aware” that it happens but supposedly after they give the other to the dasher it’s not their problem. This needs to be investigated, because that’s fraud.

No delivery available in my area this Company charged my Credit Card, took my payment and later after they took my money cancelled my order leaving me without access to my funds for 10 days. Be careful ordering online to just any store they will take your order, charge your cards and not reveal to you that they have no delivery available on your area if you don’t check ✅ first….Careful careful People be very careful or you end up without money for days

Awful. Inept. Inexperienced. Lack of commitment, dedication. It’s a franchisee problem, or maybe corporate, who knows but this location is a dumpster fire. Pitiful and pathetic. The manager and staff do not care until payday. Pizza Hut is a disgrace in Montgomery.

I am still trying to figure out how Pizza Hut allow this store to represent them. It is absolutely awful service all the time. I had issues in past with not getting what I ordered, even when ordered online. Also experienced them saying they didn’t receive online order. I stopped dealing with for a long period of time. Hoping they have had a change in management, when service is this awful it’s because management is awful, ordered through Uber eats and they kept telling the driver my order had already been sent out. Then they canceled it. I am certain that their rating would be lower if more people did reviews. I will just deal with Domino’s from now on.

When I arrived there were several people waiting. The associate was on the phone with someone for quite some time as I waited to pick up my pizza. It did not seem that the people in the back were rushing to get the orders ready. Perhaps, you did not have enough workers to handle the orders the day I ordered my pizza. Even so, the customer should be made to feel valued and appreciated.
