Placed an order at 813 pm did not receive until 940 pm,point is I were told basically 30 minutes for delivery and then the food was just warm,called the store and all the Manager could say was my bad we had to make your order over because we messed it up and we were backed up and all he could say was my bad know I will be more than happy to take half off or your order is free,this is beyond ridiculous. I just had to wait at least one hour and a half just to wait on the delivery driver to pull up to the wrong apartment. And on top of that the delivery driver seems as he had a medical condition i.v hanging out of his arm like he just walked out of Baptists East plus demanding a tip. NEVER AGAIN WORST SERVICE GOOD FOOD.

I had an awful experience. Pizza cold. You know that’s supposed to be correct. Our wing order was left off so we had to wait. The cashier and the supervisor were both dry and rude. So rude in fact, I was about to tell them to keep the pizza. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Update: went one more time and gave them a chance and they even messed up the boneless chicken wings.

While I do miss the buffet style large pizza hut restaurants I understand the smaller delivery focused locations. This one is in a rundown strip mall on Atlanta hwy. The Pizza hut was nice though, small and clean. Food was ready quickly. The Dinner box I ordered was a great value but I wish the cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks didn’t taste like frozen ready made sides. The Pizza was good though. Enough food for a small family like ours.

I submit a mobile order at 9:05 pm. I received a text message at 9:22 pm. I called 9:46 pm and 9:51pm talk to the same young lady twice. By the second time she passed the phone to another woman she told me that my delivery went pass the area where I stay and to a hotel. I understand when business’s busy but to tell one to cancel their order without knowing a person situation is bad business. She said cancel re-order and pick it up myself. Argue me down after I stated I paid for the pizza to be delivered. I just politely said goodbye and hung up the phone. Right now it’s 1:19 and still no delivery. This is very disappointing wqy to receive a food purchase. Which could more likely be ice cold. Very bad business I reported them to corporate office.
