If i could give 0 stars i would. Manager on duty on February 11, 2023 @ 5:00-6:00 was VERY RUDE. Continuously hung up in our face when we were trying to tell them that our food was UNDERCOOKED!!!! TWO WORDS, FOOD POISONING. Then they expect us to DRIVE 30minutes back to get a refund or remake it. Do they not realize how much gas is out here. The audacity is beyond me. Will not be going back there again!! But corporate, district manager, & the GM will hear an ear full about this because the service was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!! Every one of them will regret the day that they ever treated us like this!!

06/09/2022 Not sure who the guy is there this morning as soon as they opened at 11 but he was very polite to me on the phone and my daughters as well when they went to get it. We stay a good way off from this location in a smaller town so yes it matters to have good customer service because someone has to drive & pick it up.. When my daughters mentioned how polite he was to them as well I decided to leave this review.. The pizza is good

Called to order a large pizza, with one topping. I was told the special was $9.99 + $1.00 for deep dish and a $2.00 charge for extra cheese. The total including 10% sales tax (in my area) should have been $14.29. I was quoted a total of 16+ I understand it’s not the employees fault but this is terrible as no one can explain the extra money but the only explanation given was that’s how it’s coming up in the system. I know most people won’t check but I’m not most people. I could have paid for it but I refuse to be taken advantage of. IJS I can add and who would have guessed, no calculator required. lol

This was an absolutely atrocious looking pizza. They partner with Doordash now apparently so I don’t know who’s fault it was but I’m pretty pressed. Pizza took about 45 minutes to arrive and once it did, upon opening it, we discovered HALF the pizza was smashed to the back of the box. Unacceptable. ♂️
