This pizza hut is consistently poor in quality and service. Between giving me blue cheese dressing instead of icing for my cinnamon sticks and putting almost no sauce on any pizza it’s always something. When I finally decided to complain (I had barely gotten any bacon on my pizza even though I paid for extra) the management sat there and argued with me. I’d recommend getting your pizza almost anywhere else. I know that will be my last interaction with this establishment.

In town for a short visit and ordered delivery to our hotel at 6:30 pm on Friday evening. Arrived early, fresh, and hot. Can’t beat that. Our first Pizza Hut order in a few years and it was great!

I didn’t catch the managers name but she is a ROCKSTAR! She was running the entire store BY HERSELF at lunch time on Saturday 7/8/23. Boss man reading this, you have yourself a really great manager. It would be great to see her get some help in the store. Her attitude was calm and she just kept rolling with the punches. Cooking, handling customers and transactions…. Props to you girl, I hope they get you some help and (what I assume to be) a much deserved raise because you were working every position in that store! Thank you for the delicious pizzas!

Spent $30 for a ton of fried bread with a little bit of sauce and cheese and a topping every 4-5 bites. They charge almost $4 for additional topping but give you 15 cents worth of ingredients. At least you get what you pay for at Papa Johns – better ingredients, better pizza. So disappointed on where this brand is going.

While the food was hot, I did not get any napkins, because they were out in the whole restaurant….and I had to wait over 5 minutes at the window before I was even acknowledged. I honestly thought that no one was in the store. After someone finally came to the window, he tried to double charge me for an order that I had already paid for online.

Placed order for 2 meat pizza melts & garlic parmesan wings while sitting in parking lot. Went in when order was done , so no sitting. Pizza melts were harder than normal & dripping in grease. Wings were great. We ended up going to taco bell to get tacos to go with wings. No more pizza melts.

This was the most unique experience I’ve ever had at a Restaurant. We arrived, parked at the front door. Hours were posted on Doors saying they were open. (It’s 5:30 pm on a Saturday night.) The Door’s were locked. Chair’s were up on the Table’s. We saw one male employee going through the Cash Register. He wouldn’t acknowledge us. Then we saw another male in street clothes come from the bathroom area and walked behind the front counter, never said anything to us. Then another female employee clock’s out on another register with her ID or she might have been paying for her own meal because she sat down in a booth in the window facing us while she ate! Numerous people came to the door to eat in, but nobody placed a sign up saying they were closed. We decided to go to their Drive-thru to place a take out. I asked the employee if he was OK? He said yeah. I asked if we could place an order and he said wait a minute, let me go ask!!! (Seriously Folks!!!) He came back and said we could and so we did. After paying, he said go park around front & I’ll bring it out when it’s ready. During that supposedly 20 min. it was to make it ready, 45 min. passed while our Pizza’s sat on the front counter with the Door’s locked!!! We paid nearly $38.00 for this!!! While sitting there, friend’s of the employee’s came up to the locked entrance & the employee’s unlocked the Door for them & let them inside to eat!!!!

An awesome fun place where from the minute we entered the staff was there to make us feel like part of the family!! The food was fresh and delicious and what’s more the customer service and staff were even better!!! If it’s been a while since you’ve eaten there I suggest you give it another try and you won’t be disappointed. The new management has completely overhauled the place and eliminated alot of the issues they had. The positive change is definitely noticeable in every way and they made our visit the best possible experience! We can’t wait for our next trip!!
