First time ordering online as the pizza special I wanted was only available online (3 toppings). Could not find a way to add another item. Called the restaurant and the girl added it to my order on her end. Really appreciated the effort and help.

We stayed at the hotel down the street, all the other restuarants in this small town were closed so we stopped in at the Pizza hut and wow, super friendly girls and they took our pizza order, and 10 minutes later we had a DELICIOUS pizza to take back to our hotel room, FUN , we’ll be back again, 😉

Placed order at 7.20 pm. Order will be ready in 45 minutes. Arrived at location at 8.05. pizza was ready, wings had not been cooked because “our printer don’t print online wing orders, it’ll be 6 more minutes.” 20 minutes later my order is ready, fresh wings and a nearly 30 minute old pizza. Wings were great, pizza was fair (cold and dry). Customer service ok, but there was 4 other people waiting and getting the run around, with two of them getting visibly annoyed. We have lots of choices for food. We choose places like this because of their consistency and it’s quite unfortunate to have a pizza hut making these childish excuses. Very disappointed. We order online so we can walk in, have a minimal wait if any wait. But not here because “our printer don’t print online wing orders”

They continue to run out of large deep dish crusts and instead of calling you to see what you want to do they just give you two mediums instead…….NOT the same. I have asked them 3 times to stop this and they continue. Also said no NY style even though it has been advertised a month.

Ordered the Barbecue Chicken Pizza on thin crust and it was horrible. Hardly any sauce and it looked like there was no cheese on it. We were very disappointed. The only reason I gave them 1 ⭐️ is because my Chicken Parmesan Melt was good.
