Got a dinner box last night and opened it up and the breadsticks had NOTHING on em. Just dry…no butter or seasoning… Just dry bread…DRY AND HARD… Didn’t even have a marinara sauce..no icing for cinnamon sticks either! Ordered the pizza with LIGHT sauce but clearly someone can’t read because it was so much sauce on it!!! It was BEYOND disgusting. Crazy that it wasn’t caught before order left the restaurant….

Theses CLOWNS don’t deserve a 1 star rating – more like negative 100. Called in an order 20 minutes later go to pick it up and they totally denied ever talking to me – even though their phone number is CLEARLY ON MY PHONE HISTORY!!!!!!!! When we asked if that was their phone number they said no – but we we re-dialed it rang there. This place is a total JOKE – run by really STUPID PEOPLE.

Everything about my order was perfect. From placing my order (use the app for the best deals), ready and piping hot at stated pickup time. And the girl at the pickup window was great. My only complaint is that I had just received coupons in the mail days before and none of them were usable at this location (on a half mile from where I live). Why send out coupons that won’t be honored?
