The pizza dough was soggy and gooey, yet it was flavorless and tasteless. Never again because for a pizza place the crust is fundamental. The mozzarella sticks were yuk! The bread sticks were flavorless keeping with the general theme of soul crushing disappointment. Good news was that no one was tempted to over eat and no had a second piece of anything. On the bright side, delivery was lightning fast unfortunately. I wish they had taken the time to make the food taste better.

Delivery driver was super nice. Got my order and realized he forgot my drinks. Said he was gonna go get them and come back. Fingers crossed he does! Opened up my food to see brunt breadsticks all the other food was fine.

Everybody should be fired and this store should be closed they’re rude they don’t make good food and they don’t care!!!! I shouldn’t judge a whole company based on one location but I work too hard for my money I’ll never spend it at PIZZA HUT ever again! Bro this place is horrible it’s funny! Ordered online once waited two hours..called and told us they cancelled it because we changed our minds…WHAT?? um ok so we reordered it and we called back and they said DoorDash picked it up and told us to call back if we don’t get it… so we called back 30min later. Manager was screaming in the background and we asked if we could just place an order with her and pick it up but she said no because her manager would yell at her…. First of all this “manager” needs to be fired or find another job. We never got our food… so yea

Needs some serious customer service training. Cashier was rude to me and those who called in on the phone. Made me wait 20 minutes for a receipt. Reported the manager had to print it out. Manager never came to print one. I ask to see him and she ignored me for another 7 minutes while I stood patiently waiting. I ask another employee for the manager and he reported the cashier was the manager. At that point she printed a receipt and said she finally figured out how to do it. The customer service is a joke.. We ordered a to be delivered that totaled to $29.46. Which included 2 extra Mariana sauces. The pizza came and it looked under cooked and the Mariana that was paid for was missing. I called the location and the person that answered the phone was all but professional. I have never experienced such poor service. Then the unprofessional person offered to credit me $14 off a $29.46 order
