I arrived at the airport at 11:30pm and this Pizza Hut was the closest and still open. I had it delivered to my hotel before I got there. Amazing service and the driver was great. Appreciate the late night snack.

I Went To The Pizza Hut On University Blvd And Had A Bad Experience. First, Customer Service Was Horrible. I Did Not Receive Hello Or Welcome To Pizza Hut. When I Came In I Was Just Stared At. Employee Helped A Customer That Was After Me Before He Helped Me. My Melts Were Overcooked. Overall Bad Experience!

Wasn’t much cheese on my cheese sticks. All in all no body out does the Hut. 🙂 However the marinara for the dipping of your breadsticks… When you serve that hot it was way better than the cold cups. Just saying. 😉

I have order alot of pizza from this location before they move locations and after they moved locations. I am very displeased with their customer service, quality of food and pricing since it privately owned and not with the franchise. Sadly I can’t choose another pizza hut to take my order for delivery. My order today was switched to door dash delivery, and my pizza was given out to someone else. No one called to inform of the issue at pizza hut, my dash driver texted me about the issue. I called to complained about the inconvenience and was advised they give me complentry wings but when I got my order they gave me cheese bread instead. Worse service I’ve experienced in any pizza places.

My pizza was undercooked. Like, unedible undercooked. I ordered delivery but it came through doordash so they wouldnt refund unless I brought it back. The whole point of delivery was to NOT LEAVE my house. I brought it back after being on hold while i drove it back up there. I was on hold for 25 minutes. When i walked in the store i was still on hold and the manager was just standing there not answering phones or cooking. . They refunded me but the service was terrible.

This location just opened having moved from the dine in location next door. I expected more from them being in a new location. The food was hot and fresh, but I ordered my pizza with light sauce and extra cheese. I had no extra cheese and there are gobs of sauce oozing out from under the cheese that is on it.
