I stopped by & ordered 2 varieties of boneless wings & pizza. The wings were overcooked & rubbery & the pizza crust was extremely hard. The food at this Pizza Hut, at one point, used to be great; not sure what has happened. I spent around $35 to be supremely disappointed.

My order was 30 minutes later than it was supposed to be. That being said the people at the Thomasville location were working as hard as they possibly could. I wish I knew their names so I could brag on them more. They were being overran while I was waiting. They had a positive attitude and were still very friendly. They were making and selling pizzas as fast as humanly possible. They just needed more help like everyone else these days. I was very patient because I knew they were doing all they could. Good people just not enough of them!

We ordered pizza & breadsticks & some garlic to be delivered to our house. Everything but the garlic was delivered. I called up to the restaurant and they brought us our garlic sauce. I usually wouldn’t do that but when you pay for something you expect to get it. Great service!! Thank y’all! 🙂
