Ordered a thin crust, they were out of stock. Took 45 minutes to make two pizzas, the place was empty. When we got our pizzas home the one was not cooked in the middle. We’ve always had good service and the pizzas have been good, however, quality control and the logistics of ordering stock needs looking at. It’s doubtful we’ll return.

The staff was really good, the New Yorker pizza even with making our own had to much topping. There was enough for another pizza. I normally don’t complain about too much, but the pepperoni NY was so greasy. It would have been great if it had at least a quarter of the toppings removed. Sorry, really like pizza hut.

Ordered large supreme pizza, waited and picked up through drive through. Barely warm and veggies were cold and no pizza sauce at all. also, ordered bread sticks, right the opposite, burnt.

I arrived 5 minutes before my order should have been ready. The drive thru line was long, so I parked to go in. The door was locked. No sign. I waited another 20 minutes in the drive thru. The woman at the window offered no apology for the ridiculous wait, until I complained. Then said she hadn’t had a chance to apologize, even though I had already carried on a whole conversation with her about the fact that she couldn’t find my order. Her excuse for the door behind locked was that the dining room is closed. Would it be too difficult to barricade the dining room with a few chairs and put a sign on the door that says, “open for carry out orders only?” That’s easy and free and would GREATLY speed up the pick up process. Also, teach employees how to speak to a customer who has a legitimate issue. Do not rudely dismiss them. I’m giving 2 stars because the pizza was still decent.

First time I had been there in years and was very disappointed. When the pizza finally got there I had no silverware , no plates , or napkins . Waitress ask if we wanted them one at a time . Would bring one item then ask if we wanted the next .

The young woman who answered the phone & handled our order pick up was pleasant. The restaurant & bathrooms were very clean. My only complaint would be that 4 of the pizzas were supposed to be pan crust. But they were not like pan crust I’m used to getting at other locations. They were just slightly thicker hand tossed crusts (which I did order hand tossed on the other pizzas). Also…on some of the pizzas (we ordered 8) it seemed like they were stingy with either sauce or cheese or toppings. It varied with each pizza. But the melts were good. If you like sauce you might want to order extra which I’m sure you would have to pay extra for. I didn’t eat any of the bone in honey barbecue chicken wings but everyone eating them seemed to enjoy them. And the 2 – 2 Liter Pepsis we got were the best I’ve opened in a long time. If you will be placing a large order like we did I would place an hour ahead & follow up with a phone call to ensure they got your order.
