The reviews for the this location say it all. I got a medium pepperoni pizza. 3 of the slices had zero to 1 pepperoni’s one piece had like 15. I use to pick up pizza inside. No one greats the all act like they don’t want to be there. I may start driving to Lebanon to get Pizza Hut.

This is an overdue review from January, but can’t imagine it’s gotten any better as of late. Short story, but in January, I placed an order. I contacted the store multiple times after an hour went by with no delivery. Finally I requested the order be cancelled and refunded. The store manager said they were doing that. While I eventually got the refund, it took multiple reports to Pizza Hut customer service and 18 days. As I said in a review for Domino’s tonight, it’s a race to the bottom for the national chains here in Mt Juliet. Skip them all.

All food was delicious!! Husband really enjoyed the wings! Pizza was great too! I put 4 stars because it was long awkward wait to talk to someone. Seemed like the manager wasnt getting help up front while she cooked as well. Short staffed, Maybe? New people? 3 other girls were there too, but was awkward being looked at several times by 4 different people for a long time and no one checking to see if you’ve been helped. Long wait sucked, but the food was really good so she did excellent job cooking!

We were served moldy pizza sauce to go along with the melt that was ordered. Emailed to complain, was told a manager from the store would get back to me in 3 days, it’s been a week since with zero communication. This place will give you food poisoning

I had a moment of weakness and thought to give my local Pizza Hut another chance. BIG mistake. I called and ordered deep dish only because they said they had it. Either they were just kidding or don’t know what it is. Either way, my $20+ pizza was undercooked, doughy, and just plain awful. Save your money and get your pizza somewhere else.

My 46$ order’s delivery took over an 1 & a half! My pizza was cold & my pasta had hard raw pasta shells in it. Goodluck getting through on a call. When I tried after a 20 minute wait I was hung up on.

Don’t do business with the Pizza Hut on South Mount Juliet Road. Dough is undercooked, orders are wrong and I had a tip of $2 added to my receipt AFTER I left. A line was drawn through the spot for a tip. SHE just decided to steal a tip. Go to Hermitage or Lebanon for the quality pizza and service we all have experienced and expect from Pizza Hut. I’m telling everyone I know to avoid the South Mount Juliet Road location.
