Paid for toppings and specialty pizza and didn’t get what I paid for. Added 8 dollars to the order for a pepperoni lovers with bacon and extra cheese and didn’t get it. Very little pepperoni, and no bacon. All 3 pizza huts in murfreeboro will not get the order right. Every time we go they have to remake our order or we just deal with not getting what we Paid extra for. We will trying Hungery Howies pizza now.

The pizza was delivered with half of the topping slid to one side. It was like the delivery person kept the box tilted the entire trip. They also forgot all 3 orders of cheese sticks we ordered. It took an extra 30 mins to complete our order. So overall, from first ordering, we waited over an hour and a half to get our completed order. Usually this location does great, but they sure missed the mark this time.

Their online website is dodgy, it keeps sending my order to the store as carry out rather than delivery despite my double checking to make sure delivery was selected. If you order online, I’d call the store to make sure they got the order’s carryout/delivery selected correctly.
