I have always had good luck with these guys but then again I dont order delivery anymore the delivery fees and tip is too much these days. So I am guessing the bad reviews are from Doordash Drivers who have a bad habit of delivering the food cold and messed up, on top of getting lost all the time.

I ordered the new Yorker extra cheese for additional 2.50. there was barely any cheese at all. Half the pizza was cooked too much almost burnt. The way they cut the pizza was like a child with a full knife. 3 slices were really big the others were really tiny. Also paid for sauce with the cheesy bread stick, uhh no sauce, what a surprise. Never will I ever go back to pizza hut.

Reading the reviews after I ordered I was like OMG. But after the food was delivered. I was extremely satisfied. So, my review was different. The kids said the food was fresh it was delivered in a timely manner. The lady that answered the phone and took my order was polite. I asked for plates and napkins. They delivered plates and napkins. No complaints. I will definitely order again.

I ordered online and when I arrived. They were really make the food with no gloves at all. They were running the register and handling money then went right back to making pizzas. One guy had locs and was shaking his head around the food with no hear net on. I have locs and out hair will shed and every time I cook I put on a loc cap or sleeve to avoid this because I’ve had my own hair fall in my food once. Never ordering here again until this is fixed. SMH. You broke my heart Pizza Hut.
