Every time I order from this location, my pizza is burnt. It seems like they need to clean their oven. There’s also barely any cheese on the pizza. You’ll have to order extra cheese to even get cheese on the pizza. Nice location, but the quality of food is never good and this was my 3rd and final time ordering from this location.

There was only one worker and he looked very young having to work in there by himself because his shift manager called out! He had multiple orders and people kept coming in and out rushing him knowing he’s the only worker. Ofc he was Black in there slaving and ofc it was white people being rude like it’s his fault he’s the only worker. Like I told him couldn’t have been me the store would’ve been shut down for the day.He was very efficient and still professional although being over worked and over whelmed wish I had his name and more cash on me!!!

Slow, poor quality, and lack of customer service. You would be better off going to smyrna or old hickory blvd for pizza hut. This is how the pizza was given to us. Would have returned it if we had not waited so long.

Man! This Hut is putting Pizza Hut in high regards. The last 2 times the pizza has been soooo good! It melts in your mouth. It made me want more the next day. The crew is very courteous and really bring a authenticity to the pizza. Thanks guys!

Twice now I have gotten home only to find that the pizza was not what I ordered. This time there was sausage rather than beef and there were no extra mushrooms, beef or cheese. This has not happened at other pizza huts.
