I ordered online. Website shows a new York Pizza with pepperoni. In both locations, one under deals the other under pizza. I ordered, and it ask for topping so I’m thinking it comes with pepperoni so I don’t want additional topping. So yeah I get there and pick it up I got a cheese pizza. Why not show a cheese pizza, then ask what topping or provide the details concerning a cheese pizza if you don’t select a topping? Human error on me. Continuous improvement in the online ordering would help. Anyone else experience problems with online orders?

I love pizza Hut…the local Manchester doesn’t have a good delivery program at all!!!! Food was only partly warm and the topping were slid to one side. I would understand it if they were delivering the food, but I was piling it up…weird

Bring back the flavored crusts because the pizza tastes very bland now without it. The pizza hut app is terrible. It kept increasing the price at checkout but showed a lower price prior. It was extremely frustrating and we had to place 3 separate orders to get the deal it should have given us in one order.

Ordered online and used a gift card . This location called me and said the gift card was not included on the payment. They wouldn’t honor my gift card because they said I needed a zip code but the Pizza Hut email didn’t include a zip code. Horrible customer service

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. Right side-pepperoni and Italian sausage. Left side-ham and pineapple. There was not one piece of pineapple on the pizza. And…there were only two pieces that had ham on it. The rest had pepperoni and Italian sausage. Not half and half at all. VERY disappointing pizza.

Hot and fresh and delicious. Our toppings were positively yummy and evenly heavenly distributed. My kids love personal pans and have become borderline obsessed. The pan crust was AWESOME this time.

Pizza Hut received my order at 6:54pm, and I received an email letting me know that my order would be ready at 7:10. I phoned the store when I arrived in the parking lot at 7:08 and was told my order was ready and to drive up to the door. I sat in my vehicle in front of the door until 7:27, at which point I phoned the store again. I was told my order would be right out. I waited an additional 10 minutes or so before my order was brought out with a reason given that the person in front of me had a large order. To top it all off, when I got home and opened the order, one of the pizzas was very undercooked. It was an overall bad experience.

They have great service and the pizza is always so very hot and good. We got there 5 minutes early and were disappointed that there was no bench or chair to sit in to wait, though. When you are 66 and 67 a bench really helps from time to time. We had a very busy day and were too tired to cook so we tried the Edge pizza. Very good pizza
