We love pizza Hut! I’ve been eating at one pizza hut or another since I was probably 5. My dad use to take me every Tuesday so I could use my book it rewards (this was back in the 80s). I remember it well. My cousin would come along. My dad would give us quarters for the jukebox and we’d play in a small arcade our local pizza hut had. So great memories. Never an issue with customer service at all!

Ordered the bbq chicken pizza as I have a couple of time this weeks since I tried it earlier in the week and absolutely loved it!! Tonight when I got my pizza it had absolutely no bbq sauce at all, I went back and told them just because it wasn’t fit to eat, I work in food and I don’t complain unless it’s absolutely necessary! He told me he would have a new one made And this was my new one, I didn’t want a sloppy pizza I couldn’t eat. I wanted the normal sauce that came on it.

I had not been to Pizza Hut in 4 years and now I remember why. I made an order ahead of time thinking it would be ready when I got there. It was not. Walked in and the guy said I’ll be with you in a minute. He says this for the next 15 minutes. I was beyond frustrated. He says “we just made your pizzas so they will be hot be careful” they were not even lukewarm. When I opened the box, there was a receipt stuck to my pizza covered in grease. Why in the world you would stick a receipt on top of a pizza is beyond me. Then I tasted the pizza and it was sweet and tasted like cardboard. It was greasy and gross

This place has really gone downhill . Last pizza I got had the consistency of a hockey puck . Tried again the other night with just wings and there wasn’t enough sauce in the tub for 18 wings to even coat about five of them . Tip included that’s more than $40 for a meal that was only an eighth consumable . Totally unacceptable . They must have kids running the shop and whoever is supposed to be managing it must be phoning it in. This is too many mistakes in a row to be an honest mistake.

i give it 2 stars bc they gave a $20 credit towards my account. however i went to get a cheese stuff crust pizza and was given a pepperoni pizza that was half eaten. when i called and told them i couldn’t come back right away bc i was across town they just told me to bring the pizza back when i could. 10/10 recommended double checking the box before leaving the store. 🙂

I was a pizza Hut fan but very disapointed tonigjt. SPEED WAY pizza is 10 times better than this. The bread sticks taste like saw dust. No one ate it. I think they forgot the cheese !

My family and I enjoy the pizza from pizza hut. That being said we have had multiple bad experiences as well as great, from this location. Pizza hut has better pizzas then other fast food pizza joints(in our opinion.) This last time wasn’t so fast but that’s ok stuff happens. The wings here are terrible. It’s as if they have the small plastic ketchup packs for your fry’s, as there sauce amounts. You have to mix and get every last drop from the tinfoil to get a 1/4 of your wing covered. Ths happens every single time. This time we payed for extra beef brisket and I’m not sure if we got less then usual amount or the same as regular. I’d say this location is a 3star. There are worse places we’ve eaten from.
