Second time I’ve ordered an extra large cheese pizza with extra sauce. No extra sauce. If this is “extra sauce” then I am glad I ordered “extra” because a normal pizza would have had NO sauce!! (All people that ate the pizza agree) When I called, the manager scolded me telling me “that is extra sauce” saying that he made the pizza – and asking why I “always complain” he continued to ask “why I order from there”— this is my 2nd complaint- he remembered me calling to complain the last time they did the exact same thing- no extra sauce!!! Attached is a photo so you can see that this is NOT extra sauce; this is a regular pizza with regular sauce. Also, pizza was over 30 minutes late- he said they only have one delivery driver which I understand, tough times with businesses being understaffed; can’t fault them for that necessarily. But there is no excuse for not having extra sauce…. Then the manager scolds ME?? He asks why do I order from there- well I won’t ever again now! Not with the way this Papa Johns is managed by him. The other papa Johns on APISON PIKE** ALWAYS gets it right, I wish they delivered here!!! If you can, order from APISON pike (or Pizza Hut!) this papa johns on highway 58 is just pitiful and the manager is extremely spiteful and rude!!!! Photo attached.

Online order was supposed to be ready at 9pm. I called in to store at 9:12pm and spoke with Chris. He said my order would be ready in six minutes. I had to call back in the store at 9:35 and spoke with a young lady who was pleasant and helpful. My food had just been sitting. She brought me my food at 9:42pm. She seemed to be the only one who was concerned about the delay and my wait time. Chris however was a different story. Perhaps he can stay out of the Dollar General Store next door until his customers are taken care of.

Received a pizza that was absolutely wrong. I called and reported it and was told I would be given a store credit for the pizza. I try to get the credited pizza about 2 weeks later and the manager argued she didn’t know anything about it and she wasn’t going to do it. I asked for corporate number, she said she didn’t have the number. THIS WAS HORRENDOUS!!! So I lost $20!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! You should do better than lying to your customers!

Very nice employees.. actually, their just a amazing team of employees here at pizza hut! Very kind and curtious! And the service was quick and done, at the time they said my food would be ready! Also the food I ordered was excellent! Will recommend that everyone try this pizza hut out!

I ordered the New York style pizza. This pizza was way below my expectations of even a store bought frozen pizza. The crust was old and hard. There is no way the pizza was cooked fresh. The sauce on top was bland with no flavor, like pure tomato paste.
