Ordered online and within 15mins our pizza was made to perfection. Not often do I get to enjoy a pizza made with such great quality. If I could have all my pizzas made this well. I’d only come back to this specific Pizza Hut. Job well done on the Brisket Pizza!

I order the same thing as always, it is always really good. Opened the box to this. And the driver forgot the 2 liter. We called the store and we wanted a refund because this is not edible AT ALL. The guy was conversing with other workers saying it would take almost 2hrs and kept attempting to have it remade. I told him I wanted a refund and the man I spoke to on the phone was UNBELIEVABLY rude. He hung up on me TWICE without solving the problem. Had to call & talk to a manager (Zack & a woman) two different time & finally got the refund. Even after that they were STILL trying to remake the pizza. I told them I heard him say it would take 2hrs and he kept repeating “but did I say that to you” it doesn’t matter if you said it to me or if I heard you say it to another worker. This is NOT how you treat customers. I am never going to eat from this Pizza Hut ever again. Dominos is better anyways.

Not really a friendly staff, even management. Associate hastily went through my order on the way out the door to catch Uber ride home. Couldve went on and clocked out instead of giving me the attitude. I asked for pizza to be cut in squares. When I got pizza it wasn’t. Then the guy seemed irritated when I took note of it. Got pizzz and immediately noticed something was off with the taste. Was told later that they no longer use garlic butter on pizzas. Really? Since when? That totally changes the taste of the pizza. Not good when you charge $1.07 for each little garlic sauce pack.

First of all let me say when I pay a delivery fee to a pizza chain I expect that pizza place to deliver my pizza not Door Dash that I have had a horrible experience with EVERY single time I have tried them. I called my local Pizza hut when I got a text saying Door Dash would be delivering my pizza about the time it was supposed to be here of course saying it would be another 30 minutes before it got here. I then called to cancel the pizza to find out Piazzahut now uses a call center to take orders!!! Even though I called a local number, I had to be routed to my local store which they never answered by the way. I tried 5 times. This is by far the worst customer service I have received.There should be a negative star review for this level of crazy.

Placed carryout w/Brian, and he was so kind, I was dealing with kids and getting dressed and he was so patient. Picked up pizza, and the lady was so considerate that rang me up and she even showed me the pizza to make sure it was ok. I’m Thankful, for them. I was frazzled for work w/ patient and they were helpful, considerate, empathetic, & kind. Thank You ❤️
