I love popping through the drive thru for the pick 2 lunch special. My order is always ready in 10-15 min & always consistently good. I’ve never encountered anyone rude here, which is a rare thing to be able to say about a business these days! I can’t eat pizza every day but I would if I could from this location. I haven’t found another location in the area that’s so nice to go to.

Tried to order online. No steak for the melt which is why I chose PH tonight, but ok. Site couldn’t process either of my cards even after triple checking info was input correctly. Called to order and was on hold so long that I downloaded the app… which said stuffed crust was out of stock. Someone picked up my call and said they would get a supervisor to take my order. I didn’t ask for that… just wanted to order. Tried to file a complaint online…it wouldn’t process the complaint. Called Customer Service and when I finished explaining, no one was on the line. I rarely order from here, but that melt is pretty terrific. Doubt I’ll try again given the utter fail in good business tonight. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up.

I’m not a fan of chain restaurants. This pizza hut on bobby hicks hwy changed my mind tonight. I AM a fan of good food. The guys and gals here are outstanding. Excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating. I made an online order and picked it up exactly when it was due. The instructions on my order were a little complicated and they pulled it off perfectly. Couldn’t have been a better experience. I’m definitely coming back. I had to indulge in a piece before I left the parking lot.

My boyfriend & I ordered a super supreme pizza, omg it was SUPER AMAZING. The crew working was also super & definitely need to be recognized so Mack, John, Damon & Chandra thank you all so much for making our pizza hut experience super fabulous. I sure hope management knows these employees go above and beyond customer service.

Not sure what is going on with this Pizza Hut location but the last few times I’ve ordered, the items came out BURNT. Which is sad because I used to order from this location all the time. It was my favorite pizza place. I honestly think they have either a new oven that’s way too hot or a broken one. When they delivered my order they handed my someone else’s by mistake and when I opened it to check it was mine, there’s was burnt too! The guy working remade it for me but then it came out perfect on the top and not cooked on the bottom. So it seems like it’s an issue with the top part of the oven. We shouldn’t have to pick either a burnt top or an uncooked bottom. I don’t think there’s an issue with the food itself or the staff, I just think they need to fix their oven and give us back the pizza I know they’re capable of.

Paid $50 dollars for some barely there, burnt and soggy toppings on our pizzas and some dried out cheese sticks. Called to complain and let them know and spoke with a guy who couldn’t care less. Don’t waste your time or money here just saying.

We ordered a party pizza. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, I got the cheese bread sticks and the were a big hit. The cinnamon sticks were a perfect addition for dessert. Everything was fixed as I ordered it on the app and at the time I requested to pick it up.

I’ve officially placed my last delivery order from this Pizza Hut. We quit ordering for a while after our pizza NEVER arrived…twice. Finally decided to try them out again. Estimated delivery time was in 30 minutes…40 minutes later I was notified that DoorDash would be completing the order and was on the way to pick it up from Pizza Hut…another 35 minutes later the food finally arrived. Of course it didn’t have the fresh taste by this time. And in typical Pizza Hut fashion…not enough cheese, always gotta pay extra if you want to get an acceptable amount. We’ll be sticking with Papa John’s from now on.
