They have brought back the salad bar and it was great. The price was good and the service was great. They kept the food fresh and hot. And the salads were pre-made to keep them fresh. I give the staff 3 thumbs up for friendliness, clean environment, and constantly interacting with customers.

The pizza is great, cooked and prepared exactly how I requested. It was very fresh and hot when it pick it up. The employees are very friendly which impressed me. At least this one allowed dining in. Food was hot and fresh. Service was ok till we wanted a box to take home. Store was lacking in cleanliness. 3 tables not cleared from the last customers. We were the only ones there when we arrived. No one even attempted to clean them and the cob webs hanging from the ceiling.

Tastes like the 90s…which is good and ok. Kids loved it, so yay they ate. It’s a different place post-pandemic though. Folks working say they can’t find enough help, so it’s now a order at the door as you arrive and then seat yourself and don’t expect them to wait on you.

For all the chicken wing lovers, when you have a craving for wings, gotta have them. Stopped by Pizza Hut, Alcoa Highway. Got them to go. Twelve dollars later plus tip (the person who took my order was very polite) got home with my wings. The banner on the building said…wing street or something like that. Should have read pigeon wings. Guys really. I opened the vessel they were in and the wings were the size of, well pigeon wings. They were really, really small. I have bought flats or wingettes at the grocery store but these wings were smaller than that. Come on Pizza Hut, for two bucks a wing, bought six, please purchase bigger wings. Never again!!

Entered the store & told to sit anywhere. Gentleman comes in behind us wanting to meet worker that wasn’t currently there about door dash service. No one gave us menus, or ever came to our table. Instead, 3 workers stood & talked to the man. After 10 minutes we left & went to Sonic.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! Spent over $70 and items were missing but not even an apology! Just an extremely rude manger! When I called to see how much longer my order would be for the missing items, I spoke with a manager who belittled me and kept saying you don’t understand traffic! We live 2 minutes from this location and it’s all back roads! He ended up hanging up on me and when I called back spoke to Lily who just retuned and now stated she was the manage. So I asked whom I spoke with before and she refused to give me a name! When driver arrived he told me his name was Ashton. Needless to say I was never given an apology or any type of compensation!

This review is just about the misleading prices. Service is ok. Went for a buffet lunch. Sign states the buffet is 9.99 adult and 5.99 child. We ordered 2 waters and 1 soft drink as well. Received the bill and they charged 1.98 for each water. I questioned the charge and was told that the drinks are included. I had a confused look and asked if drinks are included why am I being charged? They again stated that the drinks are part of the buffet. I expected to pay for the 1 soft drink but not for water, at least not 1.98 for water (same price for soft drink). I am still confused because if drinks are included, why charge for them. Normally drinks are separate except for water. I don’t think anyone there understands what they are doing. They need to add signage that states exactly what you get and any extras that you may want, like drinks. Just be careful and ask questions before you are seated.
