Actually 3 of the employees verified my order by checking the bag for the additional Alfredo Sauce, then I explained it was put in the pasta in pan, I had asked after ticket was printed so the request was conveyed verbally, however that stag being as efficient as they are, they each looked to see if the sauce was in bag. Great work crew! I say crew because together they work like a finely oiled machine -better than I have seen in this low staff, post Covid, fast food world. Be proud of this stores management team and staff they work hard together to make certain the customers received the correct order, cooks to perfection.

They use doordash as their delivery drivers. We ordered a pizza and was told it would be 45 mins. An hour later, we called to check on the pizza and was told it was already delivered. When we said we had not received the pizza, the staff said, “doordash person must have stole it, again.” My point is that if you can’t run your business delivering your own pies, get out of business. It’s ridiculous to have doordash steal the customers’ pizza and just laugh and say I guess they stole it. I do not order food from doordash. I know creeps that brag about eating the food, putting their balls in the food, or wiping boogers on the food. These people are not my friends, but I guess Pizza Hut has embraced this craptastic delivery service. I will not order from Pizza Hut again. You lost a lifetime customer because you take the easy way out.

I was in the mood for a pizza and decided to try a different place than normal and go to Pizza Hut. I went in and there was 1 guy working the whole store, I waited mabe 3-4 mins before he said I will be with you. After that I kept waiting about another 3 mins and didn’t see a menu to even look at while I was standing around. Never got to even put an order in, I just left and went to my regular Dominoes pizza they always are quick and friendly. I will not be going back to this Pizza Hut in Lenoir City.

receive burnt pizza? The phone system to doesn’t work, so when I thought I was in queue because they were busy, I was actually wasting my time and my money apparently. The staff seemed friendly but I don’t feel that it was genuine, more like that they were trying to cover up the mess…..I just want my money back and I’ll go elsewhere from now on

Pizza Hut is a classic chain that has been around for ages. I can’t say much about this particular location, except that it was pretty average. The pizza and wings were both fine, but nothing particularly noteworthy. I’d give it a 2.5 out of 5. There are definitely better options out there, but there are also worse ones. The staff at this Pizza Hut were friendly and efficient, and our delivery driver did a great job.

It took 45 minutes to arrive from the time I was notified it was out for delivery. So it was not only cold but it had been smashed into the box. I was issued a full refund and I will not be ordering delivery from there again. Apparently the driver is not familiar with the area and was lost with 4 other deliveries in their possession. This information only reflected to me that the management staff is poorly selected or they would make better decisions to serve there customers.

Sometimes I order pizza from here, put in my 80’s mix in my car, go home and watch Back to the Future with my wife, and pretend it’s the good old days. Still just as delicious, plus the nostalgia is free.
